Kelly was great. Not only does she feel warming when booking the appointment she is welcoming when you arrive. Switching waxers is a very personal thing and I was for sure nervous but she never made me feel uncomfortable. I had only been to one waxer my whole time so switching made me nervous. I was pleasantly surprised that my waxing wasn’t as painful…. I dont know if The technique or wax she uses but I didn’t leave swollen or with heat spots. I mention these little details because sometimes you don’t know until you see someone express the same concern you probably kept to yourself! Had my brows done as well (clean up) and my whole life I’ve only waxed them or only been to people who wax them, she took the time to make sure they aligned with my face and meticulously plucked and waxed to perfection. (Again the waxing portion was NOT painful as I’ve experienced in the past). Her space is clean and tidy and am happy to have found her :)

Kelly is amazing I haven’t had a wax in a long time was expecting to be very painful she talked me through the whole process made me feel comfortable an very informative about before an after care she is very sweet if your looking for a good waxer then look no further Kelly is the one. Kelly was very professional. Her services were amazing and so was the atmosphere. I was very comfortable. The before and after of my eyebrows were beautiful. Wax and tint was a transformation and she understood exactly what I wanted from thickness to shape to everything. Thank you Kelly.
