Edit: Returned to Taylor / “Tah’lure” due to the locs in the back of my head slipping out within the first week. Because the installation was so tight around the edges, I lost hair follicles around my edges and had red blisters throughout my scalp. When consulting with Taylor about the removal and re-installation of the three locs along my edges with the most tension, he agreed to re-install them and later ghosted me. Due to inconsistent tightness, 30 minute tardiness of the stylist, and inconsistent communication, I would not recommend receiving the soft loc service from Taylor/ “Tah’lure”. This is coming from a tipping client that brings her stylist food/starbucks/lunch. I do not mind paying people’s fees but black businesses must do better in their treatment and respect for their clients. Taylor (the gentleman) did my soft Locs and they were absolutely beautiful. I get compliments everyday, and sometimes tell people they’re my own because they look that natural. They’re really tight but the hair was neat. As a first time customer, my expectations were exceeded.

This shop is truly a Hidden Gem, tucked away in a strip mall on the south side of Kansas City. The shop owner, Nicole, is a full-service beautician that also installs eyelash extensions. Anyone that wears eyelash extensions knows that a good eyelash Tech is hard to find. Well, I've found the Supreme. She uses a great product. Hardly any shedding between fills. Also, the shop is super cute with several other stylist including a nail tech that also does a phenomenal job.
