Was told a partial highlight with cut was 110.00, I got charged 165.00. Allen didn’t put any highlight around my face . I asked to come back for a few foils , he told me it would be an additional 60.00. I was to afraid after my hair broke off . That is highway robbery. I have sent several people to him. He also over lapped the bleach and brought off several chunks of hair. His cut was uneven. I had to go to another salon for a fix.

Awesome, chill environment. Not used to being offered something to drink so that's nice! The gentleman there (can't remember his name sorry!) Gave me a great cut and helped me tame my caterpillar eyebrows for free.

Just had my first appointment with Alan at Studio 7119! The salon is clean, organized & the atmosphere was busy and upbeat. I love the cut and the low lights. I was very nervous but it came out fabulously! Thank you to Alan and his staff, see you soon!

Needed to switch stylists after 9 years with same stylist (she moved). Found Studio 7119 through a coworker. FYI: I'm a very nervous nelly. Allen did a fantastic job. I'm so happy with my hair. And he has the best seats for washing hair! Warm, friendly atmosphere. Growing my color out and going to my natural color. He has blended it perfectly along with a great cut. So happy to have found Studio 7119.

I love this salon! They are always very attentive, they ask me if I would like a drink right when I walk in. The place is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Allen does an amazing job layering and highlighting my hair. I have never had them run late with my appointment or reschedule me. I highly recommend them!

I was pretty regular customer with Alan. And I’ve made sure to Call days ago if I wasn’t going to make it on time in the past or if he’s out. Never realized Christie and Alan can be this rude to their customers. On the contrary to his attitude, I never felt that he provides extraordinary service. Last time I scheduled an appointment with Christie per Alan’s availability oddly early at 7:00 AM, I was on my way around 7:05 AM and when I called to see his availability (since I was late) he first said he’s busy for the rest of the day and then suddenly gave me 3:00 PM appointment the same day. Christie called me around 11 AM (after I re-schedule my work stuff) that I have to pay fine (full amount) for the missed appointment and extra for the cut in order to continue with my coming appointment and upon requesting to forgive once for the first time she hung up on me. And didn’t call me back on the satus of my nect scheduled appointment. I was not aware of this new policy, she never mentioned while scheduling appointment and I’ve never missed any appointment in the past and she lied that she has logs as it has happened before and probably have lied to Alan that I as a customer hung up. So, upon asking to provide further details from the records in the past, she hung up on me and canceled 3PM appointment as well without my knowledge. I simply went there before 3 PM and called from the plaza to talk with Alan that if we are still good on 3PM one, but he did not care to talk and asked Christie that he cannot do anything about it as he already was taking care of another customer. I believe it’s their responsibility to let their customers know about the policy, which apparently occurred over night. I also tried to convince that I am ok to pay certain percentage of the amount, but they simply didn’t care. In short they wanted me to pay $90, double the amount for haircut or go somewhere else attitude.

I just absolutely adore Arnaldo!! He’s got such an amazing personality and his work is amazing !! He keeps you laughing while making you more beautiful than when you walked through the door !! The whole staff is friendly, sweet and amazing ! You cannot go wrong !
