⚠️$ 350.00 down the drain !!!!! If I can give this place zero stars I would. They are very money hungry people who do not care about their customers satisfaction rate. This place needs to be shut down. It takes a lot for me to move in a angry manor. I had asked to get my hair done like the picture on the left. Keep in mind I had healthy virgin hair prior to this salon dying my hair. The first day I went into their salon I spent five hours in their chair when they finally got done dying my hair it was blonde and the placement were aligned. I was so happy and please until I got home. When I got home my hair turned orange/ yellow like a cat. I was beyond confused and irritated with the results. The next day the color on my hair had turned straight orange like a cat. I had ask my mom and sister-in-law to look at my hair to see if they were seeing the same colors I was seeing and sure enough they did see the same color I was seeing. I called the salon complaining about the color and they kept putting up a fight telling me multiple times that in a few days the color will light up “just keep washing your hair” I told them they need to fix my hair today with no charge after 20 minutes of going back and forth with the owner they agreed to get me in their chair that day with free of charge. Once I arrived they went straight to blaming me for how my hair came out (when I showed them the picture of how I wanted my hair 3x) and the owner also said there was going to be a charge 180.00 fix my hair. Of course I started yelling at the owner until and she finally said she wouldn’t charge me. The second time the lady attempted to do my hair it took an hour for her to dye my hair and the same thing happened my hair was blonde for 30 minutes then it turned brown and gummy when I got home. DON’T get your hair dyed from this place. Placement was good hair dye was not #STAY AWAY! ⚠️

I never had eyelash extensions, and I found a groupon. The girl complained the whole time about the Groupon. Unfortunately she does not have a following so she has to rely on groupon for customers. One eye had less lashes than the other. She made sure to upcharge me because she said the "classic" lashes doesn't show. Then why would you use classic as extensions. If she carried herself in a professional manner and did an excellent job, she wouldn't need to rely on Groupon. Honestly didn't know how bad groupon rips off the vendor until she told me, but no one forced her to use groupon.

Salon lacks hygiene, unprofessional workers. Money hungry business, bad service. Business needs to go. They are using cheap material that cause injury to skin. Nasty individuals working here. Avoid getting service from the lady below. She is rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Experience, Unprofessional and Unsafe Service! Nasty unhygienic place!! AVOID AT ALL COST. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this Salon. My cousin and I visited for waxing, and unfortunately, the service was absolutely unacceptable. The wax burned my cousin’s skin, and when we raised the issue, instead of showing any remorse, they blamed my cousin for it and said it was “GOOD JOB”. This was completely unprofessional and heartless. This business is money hungry and they aren’t experienced at providing waxing. I got my lashes done here before and they left my eyes burning and red for days. I don’t know how this business is even running. To make matters worse, the salon’s hygiene practices were appalling. They used old wax, and I witnessed them dip the same stick back into the wax after using it on my cousin. They don’t switch out the sticks in between. They use 1 stick for each customer and same wax—an unhygienic and unsanitary practice that should never happen in any reputable salon. Additionally, the wax they used was of poor quality, and the person performing the waxing wasn’t even certified, which made the whole experience feel unsafe and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this salon for your safety and well-being. It’s not worth the risk or money.

Very poor communication, they ruined my hair color. I asked for one specific shade, but I ended up with a totally different color than what i asked for. The lady said she could redo my hair at a later date for a discounted price. When I came back, she didn't honor her word. Worst salon ever, there's even cockroaches walking around on the walls.

Since the new owner took over this salon on last September, Everything here is updated and there are more and more new services, such as: Brazilian Blow out, Permanate make-up ( eyebrows, eyeliners and lips tattoo), eyelashes extensions and amazing facials and massages. The owner and the staffs are really friendly and kind. They did the highlight for my hair and it was so perfect. I all the time had complements for my hair's color and highlight. I would recommend people should try to come here once, then you will like this salon as I do.

So idk what’s with all the neg reviews. I have been coming to Nicole for the past year or so for Brazilian waxes and she is thorough, amazing and affordable. Also get my son a haircut and Nicole did an amazing job. Appointments after 5pm are hard to find sometimes and they are very flexible and never overly busy or rushing. If you bought a cheap eyelash set off Groupon, you get what you pay for. The Groupon is cheap, eyelashes fall off quicker when they’re synthetic. Don’t expect $150 eye lashes for $50-60. Lol thanks Nicole!!

Friendly, informative. Susan is very good at what she does. I love my eyebrows. This is what it looks like after one day and 1/2 after. Looks very good not swollen. Thanks Susan. I would definitely recommend 👌.

I Paid 280 for something totally opposite of what I asked for. I asked for blonde high lights with more blonde even showed a picture. I got brown hair. I felt that she messed up my hair when they kept looking at the same spots while they were washing my hair out. She knew it came out patchy so to cover her self she put brown all over my hair. She told me it will lighten with time. My hair is brown. With a hint of high light. I was expecting to be almost blonde. Waste of my money and time. I will not go back.

I hate this place I asked for a fade on the side and she completely shaved it also she cut the front when I didn't want for it to be cut I told her the exact places to cut and the front wasn't one of them I recommend going to Self Made if your a guy

I made a reservation for 3pm and arrived 5 minutes early. Now 3:47…No one said anything I just waiting… also two women at the reception desk looked uncomfortable like in a bad mood …. I was disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone I used it off a Groupon and I got the cheapest eyelashes there where they didn't look good. They didn't compliment my eyes. They were poking into my eyelid. Hopefully, she had more practice my since my visit. Good luck

Zen is the best, she's young and petite gql. HOWEVER, she's very quick and does great jobs on my fade. Highly recommended, and go there for a relaxing pedicure too! Doesn't matter might gender you are, you all need to show your feet some tlc too.
