Jennifer is incredible and transformed my brown hair with perfect blonde highlights. This salon is the absolute best!! The atmosphere is so nice, and I loved getting to meet Tini, the chihuahua. Also, it is reasonably priced, and everyone is so nice. I have been to many salons, and this is by far the best one.

Took my daughter here to have about 6 inches cut off and we were really pleased with the results. We tried to just walk in but they didn't have anything available so we scheduled something for the next weekend. Very pleased with the results and the stylist was great.

I went in to Studio Em with my hair very light purple almost platinum and asked for the hair stylist(I think her name was Jen) to turn my hair blonde. Going into the appointment the hair dresser knew that my hair was purple and assured me that my hair would be blonde by the end of it. She removed most of the color from my hair and then bleached over the rest, which I know now isn’t supposed to be done. Near the end of my session my hair had turned green. I asked her multiple times to fix my hair but she kept refusing. She then told me that I would have to come in for another session and told me she couldn’t get the color out of my hair, after she had done my hair!! I left with green hair when I had asked for blonde. I called back a day later hoping to get some of my money back but instead the hairdresser, Jen, proceeded to tell me it was my fault for having purple hair and told me she said she told me that it would take multiple times when she did not. She had a lot of attitude and was just unprofessional. This place did a horrible job with my hair and was completely unprofessional.

I was very disappointed in this salon. The stylist would not listen to me about doing my hair sadly. I wanted her to lighten so that my hair would be redder which she refused to do plus the red color that she put on only lasted through one washing using shampoo and conditioner for colored hair. That was ridiculous because usually my red color will last and last for over two (2) months. The red is all gone so I have no idea what she used. The cost was not inexpensive because she charged me a hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) ! Boy , what a RIP off. I would have left but I had to get something done to my hair and I didn't have time to go somewhere else . Hairdressers need to learn to listen to their customers !! I would not recommend this hair salon to anyone!! And she used a curling iron my hair which is so antiquated. A good stylist can fix hair with just blowing it dry and teasing a little if necessary. I was very disappointed to say the least!!

Always an awesome experience. I've had issues with other places not doing a great job with color and their team fixed it. Kasey and Brittany are fantastic, and I have no doubt that I'd be just as pleased with the rest of their staff. It's always a fun upbeat atmosphere!
