Been going here since I moved to Whitehall 16’. I absolutely love it!!! Best facials ever!!! My hair gets the best care and grows faster due to Vicky’s skills. They have many services which I have taken advantage and never disappointed.

I had such an absolutely wonderful 1st experience here today! I did the hot stone massage and facial package to treat myself for my birthday and it was so so perfect. I felt like it was a treatment fit for a queen. The massage was perfect and so so relaxing. The facial was just next level pampering though. Micha(sp?) was just great. Looking forward to going back here again in the future. All around great!

I have Tried using studio G twice and both experiences were not good at all because of the same woman. I used them for two different weddings the older Lady that does scheduling does not know how to at all! The first wedding I showed up to my appointment and she messed it up in the computer but the stylist were able to fit me in and fix her mistake). This last time the same older lady sounded totally confused over the phone putting in a simple appointment. She said I was all set after I talked her through it and confirmed the day and the time. It is a evening wedding so everything Has to be done in the morning. I called the day before and she has my appointment for 2 hours before the wedding starts and it would definitely put me past the start time of the wedding! I even told her it must be in the morning. She did a 4pm appointment when the wedding STARTS at 6pm. I told her I NEED time to go home and get my kids ready. So now I have to hurry up and find somebody last minute for haircut, hairstyle, eyebrow wax and for make up tomorrow morning before the wedding. Definitely not happy would never recommend them due to not understanding how to put an appointment in to a computer for the right time twice! I am not a stylist nor have I ever worked in a salon but I know how long each task takes and how to time everything out. Someone that has worked in a salon for a while should know how to do the same thing
