HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Owner charged me full price for a facial that i cancelled. Could not reschedule on the app called and left a voice message more than 24 hours before the appt. Still charged my cc that i did not authorize them to keep on file. Owner did not reply to my email over the dispute HORRIBLE customer service

I was approached by a woman on the street trying to promote this business, selling discounted haircut vouchers. I bought one because I wanted to support a local business and the woman I spoke to was very charming, however, when I called to book the appointment nobody answered the phone so I left a message with my name and phone number informing them about the voucher and stating that I was looking for an appointment. I did not receive a call back. I proceeded to call 3 times over the next 2 months, leaving messages with my phone number stating that I was interested in booking an appointment for a haircut I had already paid for, but did not receive any call back, again. By this time I started wondering, “Is this even a real business or just a scam?”, so I googled it and found their Facebook page. I began commenting about how I had called multiple times and not received any response over several months. Suddenly, they were all ears but unfortunately I have such a bad taste in my mouth from being ignored for 3 months after paying in advance for a haircut to support this business that no way in hell am I letting these people anywhere near my head lol I asked for my money back explaining the situation and the lady refused. Best marketing advice ever— answer the phone when customers try to book an appointment then maybe you won’t need to send people out on the street to find customers

For my first time getting my lashes done, I decided to go see Sydney. It was right before a big event and I was so nervous that they wouldn’t look right, I wanted them super natural. Sydney killed it! The experience was super comfortable and my lashes looked gorgeous and natural, just how I wanted them. I was actually shocked I could look that good with lashes when I looked in the mirror. Definitely will be back to get them done again!

Got a lash lift… had it for 6 weeks now and some lashes have fallen as expected but it still looks fantastic. definitely would recommend and will be going back! super happy with my lash lift!

I like that I could book an appointment online, since I hate making phone calls. However, the stylist held the hair dryer too close to my scalp several times while drying my hair. My fault for not saying anything, but it was REALLY close, and I’m not sure how she didn’t realize it. Also, I paid $75 for a special curl cut, and she did a pretty good job, but I didn’t notice a difference between the cut she gave me and less expensive cuts that I’ve paid for in the past. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I’ve had my lashes done for a couple years now with Gina. She always takes her time, and makes my eyes look so pretty! She has a beautiful salon and Very talented ladies. If you’re looking for a great salon that offers many services look no further!

Sydney did my lashes so good! i totally recommend her! takes her about 2-3 hours for first appointment then 1.5-2 hours for my fills. the tape is normally uncomfortable but she made sure i was comfortable.

They got rid of their best aesthetician (Linda) after collecting her rent. Booted her out 2 days after accepting her rent and never returned it (scammy vibes, the other renters should be careful). Apparently kicked her out bc she complained that having dirty nail files washed inside the sink that people use for their face and hands is disgusting and the owner didn't want to fix the unhygienic practice. Shame on the studio owner for being greedy and a coward, kicking out their friend via text message and not even speaking to her in person. So disappointed and will not be coming back for any of their other services.

Casey is the absolute best! Extremely kind and professional and has the sweetest personality! So thankful she was recommended by my friend when my previous stylist moved to FL. I frequently get compliments on my highlights as well as my cut. She also cuts both of my daughters' hair and they adore her. We love the complimentary bang trim in between cuts, too!

It was actually a happy accident that I found this place. I meant to book the salon on the other side of the complex with a different gal also named "cassey". When I figured out I was in the wrong place, the Kassey at this place was so nice i decided to have her cut my hair anyway. SO glad I did! She did a fantastic job and my hair looks better than it has in a long time. I will be going back!
