I came to this place for the first time with my virgin hair. Haley did my hair for me. She was absolutely lovely and did my hair so well (got caramel highlights). Very affordable as well.

Photos speak for them selves. A 27 white, short female cut my hair. Avoid her like the plague. All I asked for was face framing layers. Thin It out, and long layers overall.

Clean environment, lovely staff, just expect to be told no when you have a specific hairstyle you want in the stylist decides that that would not look good on you so you don't get to have the haircut you want despite being an adult. Also expect no confirmation text and no confirmation calls and then have your stylist try to extort you for 50% of your next service if you have to reschedule.

I cannot rave enough about Maddie! She knows exactly what to do even when I didn’t! She knew exactly what style works best for my face frame and didn’t even hesitate!! I would travel to have my hair done by her over and over! If you’re looking for a new stylist definitely check her out and get in on her next opening!! I will absolutely be returning! Thanks for the great cut, conversations and attention to details!

Haley did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter's hair! We got an appointment with her very quickly, and I was able to speak with her about what we wanted done! When we got there we went over what my daughter was looking to have done and Haley was very confident she could accomplish that! Well she definitely did and my daughter was more than happy with the result!! It was exactly what she wanted!!! Haley was so sweet and friendly and is very educated and amazing at what she does!!!

Haley at this salon is a true miracle worker. As you can see I let my roots grow out way to much. She without hesitation got started on my hair. I really wanted to get it as white as possible and wow haley didn’t disappoint even slightly. Thanks to Haley I have my confidence back. I’d recommend haley to anybody.

Had a appt with Corey R. Very nice, professional and talented. He took the time that was needed to figure out what would work best for me. With the time that we were allowed I was a walk in appointment. A very well could have just said, oh yes, let's do lowlights but he was honest and knew that he didn't have enough time to do it properly and I really appreciate that. He also was the only stylist in the studio and he was able to maintain a professionalism with other customers that came in as well as still focusing on my appointment. He's extremely friendly, understandable, and I'm glad I found a new stylist that I can continue going to and build a hair relationship with.

Been going here for over a year now. Maddie always does a great job with my hair and loves making requests more personal depending on your hair type and natural color. I think my favorite thing about this place is also the wide range of products they have. I’m used to salons only stocking one brand of hair care which isn’t the case here. Everyone has different hair types and reacts to different products in different ways which is honored here. No one comes out looking the same way in a cookie cutter fashion like other salons. Everyone’s uniqueness is openly accepted. And that’s by all the professionals here :)

Casey did a wonderful job! He wasn’t able to take me right away but was able to call me when he was freed up early. I hadn’t had my hair cut in over three years and I have been looking for new salon. I can now say I have a hair style again (not just runner’s hair). It looks so healthy and chic.

Complete joke of an establishment. Show up on time for an appointment and told they gave your appointment away "because you were 3 minutes late". Get hung up on when I ask for an explanation. Complete amateurs, overpriced, rude service, pretty typical for a mall hair salon tho didn't expect much but still disappointed

Haley cut & dyed my hair. She did an beautiful job! She took her time & really did a nice job. She was very nice to talk with, very informative. It wasn't like a stranger cut your hair. I came out & really liked my hair color. She did a bright blonde & it looked amazing.I will definitely return & recommend her to friends & family! Great experience!!!

I honestly cannot express how wonderful this salon is and everyone in it. Casey - a hairstylist here - is truly an angel and the most caring, honest, and knowledgeable professional I have ever encountered. I made a * terrible* mistake last year and bleached my hair. I have naturally pretty dark hair so it took quite a hit. I feel like I lost myself through the stress of frazzled and blatantly fake looking hair on my head ! I have been * eagerly* waiting for it to grow out for so long and honestly quite sad about it..more than I would like to admit. Casey made an honest and light hearted suggestion / solution when I was getting a hair cut last week with him. I was at my wits end with the bleach still so blatantly covering the bottom half of my hair. It was a nit of an internal nightmare and reminder I couldn’t escape subconsciously every time I looked in the mirror… because I was mad at myself for losing perspective of what makes you beautiful.. which is what’s on the inside I have finally come to believe… because I felt the need to bleach hair that was never meant to take up a year of my life in identity issues, expenses with trying to revive it, constant lingering thoughts and reminders about my wrong priorities and so on. Anyway *sappy and long post* * it just meant so much to me and has helped me more than I can express.* Casey proposed he could put a bond-repair toner over the bleached hair to bring it back to my more natural hair color and not have such a blatant contrast. Honestly my soul woke up a bit that day with hope. I had lost all trust in hair stylists… and I’ve been to more than I would also like to admit…. Until I met Casey. Not only did he genuinely want to help me end my obvious distress and defeat over my hair… you could feel the joy, the passion, the excitement and the actual facts and knowledge about hair that he had acquired in his schooling. He taught me the power of a good quality heat protectant, he took the time to show me how to curl my hair for some body and more of a fun look with his straightener, he cleared up so many lies I had believed from misinformation about hair care and he pulled me out of the darkness that day and renewed my faith in hair stylists and products, taught me the value of a little ‘TLC’ towards your hair and he healed something within my heart that day through his kind, warm, funny and honest presence He talked me down off a ledge when I was at my wits end internally about my hair ( I know.. I was asking too much this man is not a therapist 🤣) his passion and integrity throughout the service was just beaming off of him and….. my hair looks amazing !!!!🥹🙈🤗😭😭♥️🤗🥹♥️ I feel like me again. I feel like I can close the chapter on that season of my life finally. I can stop obsessing over it and beating myself up for doing it… and I’m so excited to buy heat protectants and a curling iron and have fun and enjoy my hair and celebrate 🎊 this season of my journey. This salon is great! Maddie does my cuts and colors, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the service. I suggest all my friends and family to go to her when they're looking for a stylist! She is well worth the 45-55 minute drive!

Unfortunately this place is badly managed and unprofessional. They gave away my appointment because I was 5 minutes late due to traffic, so they either double-booked and tried to blame me for their mistakes, or they just do not care to try to contact their customers or give them a few extra minutes. Either way, not worth the hassle, and 5 minutes late should not mean a forfeited appointment.
