I've been seein Jessie for Brazilian Blowouts for years, and she truly is the best. Every treatment lasts incredibly long because she is so patient and skilled. Having tried Brazilian Blowouts at other salons, I can confidently say that it never compares to when Jessie does it. I highly recommend her services.

I LOVE my hair! Jessie is rated Platinum for Brazilian Blowouts and it shows. If you struggle with curly, wavy, frizzy hair she can positively change your life. I've had previous BBs at other salons, but Jessie does them *correctly* which means the results are outstanding and long lasting. Yes, it's rather expensive, but looks fabulous and saves a ton of time with your blow dryer! You'll love your hair too.

Jessie is the best! She is incredible at everything she does, extremely accommodating, and so nice to talk to. She is so friendly and welcoming. I have allergies to almost all hair products and she has been so flexible about using my own products and helping me brainstorm how to do certain hair treatments without bothering my scalp or causing and allergic reaction. I’ve sent several friends to her and we all now use her as our permanent stylist!

Jessie is fantastic! I had a Brazilian blowout which has lasted longer than expected. Jessie is wonderful thus the time to get my hair done flew by. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Jessie and the hair care she’s given me over the past 5+ years. My fave part is how attentive she is when listening to the ideas you come in with. She always asks clarifying questions, so that she can bring your vision to life. An extra bonus is that the she’s warm & friendly, making you feel so welcomed in her beautiful space. Every time I leave feeling refreshed and renewed. Would recommend Jessie to anyone!

I came to Studio J Hair Design to see Raquel for eye lash extensions. I have had extensions off and on since 2015 and since moving to Portland have been somewhat disappointed by the service provided. I fault myself more so than Portland as being from Idaho I am used to people being really personable and homey (in the best way possible). With Raquel, I instantly felt at home in the naturally lit studio and even when I was falling asleep and would wake up and move a bit she never indicated she was frustrated or annoyed (I know it had to be annoying). I am the first to admit I am not the best eyelash patient as I have difficulty sitting still and she never made a comment or a sigh. Thank you Raquel! Oh ALSO most budget friendly and high quality lashes and experience I have paid for. She is great!

Not only is this a beautiful Salon but the owner, Jessie, is super friendly & talented. I really love the way she cuts & styles my hair. She also carries a great assortment of hair products. I actually bought mousse for the first time in decades & I have been really happy with the product she suggested.
