First off the place is gorgeous and very upscale. Everyone was super nice and welcoming and I honestly wasn't expecting that at first glance but they have a very down to earth staff. The atmosphere was inviting, the facilities were immaculate and I just loved everything about getting my hair done there can't wait to go back..

I absolutely love my stylist (Tasha) as well as all the other amazing stylists here. The salon is very upscale and beautiful with a lovely vibe all around. First and last time client! I take posting reviews very seriously and without question this was Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had I would give 0 stars if I could. I also understand dynamics and communication with different stylists can be tricky but I definitely do not recommend. Melanie was not only unprofessional but she literally ripped and clawed at my hair with her hands instead of using a comb or any styling ! She used no product and it seemed like she was unfamiliar with the style altogether. To make matters worse Because I was 15 minutes late she complained the entire time about having to be somewhere and because my hair was tangled she was taking longer. The entire experience felt rushed and awkward . I asked questions and she barely replied. Throughout the service I thought I was giving her the benefit of the doubt despite it being beyond awful but it was difficult to judge what was going on because I wasn’t facing the mirror. Upon inspection after she was finished My hair seemed to look ok down then I went home to put it up I discovered my hairline was jagged and uneven. My scalp was raw and sore. I immediately reached out to Melanie requesting a partial refund and she declined saying I should not have written a poor review. Ultimately I am having to dispute the transaction with my bank to get a full refund. Nevaeh is Heaven backwards They should think about renaming this place Studio Lleh UPDATE the pictures are from the day of service which clearly show low quality work for this style. Melanie continued to text me again reiterating she would only refund me if I removed the negative review. Ultimately I declined but she continued to reach out via text by insulting me calling me a liar and saying I was being unfair.

Latasha Thomas Newton who works at Studo Nevaeh never showed up for the appointment I booked on Styleseat! It was so frustrating having booked this well in advance. I called her several times and waited 30 minutes on her. I texted her. No response, then a person named "Camilla" going to call and leave a voicemail from a different number an hour later. Who does that? That is so ghetto and unprofessional to not communicate in a timely manner. This just ruined my weekend and on top of it Labor Day is coming up and I have to figure out what to do with my hair. So upset! I look a mess and was trying to get a silk press.

Excellent job done by Melanie (not sure if I'm spelling your name right). I really appreciate her coming in on her day off to fix my hair. She was very professional, kind and attentive to my need. My hair was badly done by a hairdresser at another place so my roots were bright orange/gold instead of blond. After this appointment, I finally got the blonde I was hoping for. I'd also like to point out that the whole staff at the studio is super sweet and friendly which makes the overall experience top notch.

I had my hair shampooed, deep conditioned and wet/roller set by Maggie at Studio Navaeh today, and she did an absolutely AWESOME job!! First of all, it is so hard to find a stylist who can do a good wet/roller set - I am 2 weeks away from my next touch up relaxer, yet the way Maggie set my hair, you would never know that, and she did not even have to use a blow dryer on my hair!! And the scalp massages she gave during the shampoo and conditioning treatments are to die for! My hair looks fantastic (I look like I should be in a hair commercial right now), thanks to Maggie. I recommend Maggie and Studio Navaeh highly.

I started coming here after an issue with my old stylist. I made an appointment with Tiffany. She was / is extremely professional and always makes my hair look really good. I have a short cut and she always does a really good job. Everyone in the studio is extremely kind and welcoming. Even if you don't use Tiffany; all of the stylists are really good from what I see.

I would've NEVER found this place until my friend referred me here. I then went on Instagram and looked at the stylist page, @lucinamhair, I immediately booked my goddaughter an appointment for a versatile sew-in. The bad part was that she was booked far out. Either way, that just tells me she's that good. So, to the preset day, let's just say I'm jealous of my own 14 year old goddaughter... lol! Her hair is really bad and damaged like Whoa, so I was nervous for her not knowing how it'll turn out. After seeing how she slayed her head, I instantaneously booked me an appointment. Although her prices are steep and she was a little late (it's a salon, so it's expected), I'd DEFINITELY recommend her.
