Previously, I have gone to Claudia one other time several months before, and she did a great job with my hair. This time she seemed to be distracted as she took me to get my hair washed at the sink without putting on a drape. I was thinking I hope she doesn’t get my shirt wet Which she didn’t. But then I showed her the same hairstyle that I had before which she did awesome job. This time she seemed to be distracted and did not check my hair to see if it was even. She even mentioned that she’s not very good at blow drying hair. She said I think this is the best I can do which of the time I didn’t think anything about it until I got home and checked my hair. it’s totally Botched. I don’t feel that I could trust her to fix it so I am going to a relative who is a retired licensed cosmetologist to fix it. I’m never going back to her. The Burnett picture is what I wanted.

Jamie is my new favorite! I'm hair-inept so I didn't really know what I wanted, so she just did her thing and I looove the way it turned out. Plus, talking to her was so fun (despite my severe exhaustion 😆) definitely my new go-to hair stylist and salon!

Claudia is amazing!!!! I love my cut and new bangs!! She is so talented, confident and fun!!! I can say I've only had a handful of haircuts that I liked and I loved this one!!! ❤️

I thought a long time before leaving this review, I honestly did not want to leave a bad review because they were so nice to me and the stylist was so sweet, but I have to. I paid $570 (not including the tip) for DARK green hair and layers. (She said she layered my hair but I didn’t really notice any difference) My hair had never been bleached before so this was a first for me. I didn’t have any other colors in my hair before this, it was just a natural brown. Very long story short after my appointment I went home and washed my hair. all of the hair underneath a bright blue and all the hair on top was green. Looked lovely but was not what I paid for so I asked to reschedule and to get it fixed but she wanted to see me first so I went in and she saw all the blue and told me not to worry and that it would turn green if I used the blue dye conditioner she gave me. This made no sense to me but I gave it another week and my blue hair was just turning more and more blue with the blue dye conditioner. So she set me an appointment to have it fixed for free and canceled the night before because she said she got sick. I asked her to reschedule when she felt better and she never did. I finally texted her and asked to reschedule before Christmas (this was about two to three weeks before Christmas) so I wouldn’t have to go home with half a head of blue hair but she said she wouldn’t be able to see me until January. I told her I would have to find someone else to fix my hair before then which would obviously entail me spending more money but she didn’t even offer me a partial refund to help pay the other stylist to fix it. Well, long story short, the other stylist at a different salon did fix it and I had to pay 100$ for that not including the tip. The new stylist told me that it indeed made no sense to use blue dye conditioner to turn my hair more green and also explained to me that when the stylist at studio one bleached my hair she had most likely left the underside foils in way too long and that’s why it turned so blue (bleach your hair yellow and dye it blue and it turns green, but bleach it white and dye it blue and it turns blue). I was told by multiple people to go demand my money back but I have no interest in dealing with the drama and having to act like a “Karen” to probably only get a couple hundred bucks back if I’m lucky.

Lindsay gave me a great haircut while I was visiting town, and even wrote down what I should ask for in the future! I hope to return and definitely recommend :)

Best salon in town by far! Lindsay is my hubby’s barber and she is FANTASTIC. She is the only one he has seen who really cares about him and what he likes. He trusts her and comes home with a perfect haircut every time. She’s super knowledgeable and kind, and really takes the time to make sure you like everything. She has hot towels for the face and can do waxing as well. Couldn’t recommend her more! I’ve gotten my hair done several times there and everyone is so wonderful! My hair turns out perfect every time. I want to specifically mention Frankie and Emily have been so helpful, caring, and polite. But everyone there has been a delight to talk with. The salon isn’t huge, so it doesn’t feel chaotic when you’re inside like some other bigger salons I’ve been to. It’s super clean, they have a coffee machine if you’d like it, and they decorate with local artists who switch out every few months (which I love). Highly recommend this salon to everyone!

Dottie is the best!! I always get tons of compliments on my cut and color. She’s done the best layered bob I’ve ever had. She’s definitely my forever stylist🥰

Dotti has been my go to hairstylist for a while now and I cannot tell you how amazing she is! She listens so well, understands my hair even better than I do & never fails to give me exactly what I’m looking for! My hair is so happy and healthy after going to her for so long & I couldn’t be more grateful! Not only is my hair AMAZING— she’s also the kindest, most comfortable person to be around. I never feel nervous to have a long service with her because the conversation flows so well and I always leave feeling more beautiful and loved than when I came in! I could write novels about Dotti. I will conclude by saying, GO SEE HER. you won’t regret it 🩷🩷

Honestly kind of unprofessional to have a booking tab available on the website but then when you book online they don’t keep track of their schedule. Spent time and did research looking for a hair salon/sylist. I booked with Claudia and the next day when I arrived she was no where to be found, everyone looked confused and she one of the women there said that I wasn’t on the books for the day. Pretty frustrating if you ask me. If you book here make sure you call in because if you do it online they are clueless

I had a haircut today with Emily and she saved me from my previous bad haircut!! She gave me her professional opinion after I showed her inspiration pictures and explained things about my own hair that I wouldn't have realized otherwise. She did a great job at fixing my hair and I look forward to returning for my next appointment.

If you have naturally curly hair, go to Frankie!! I had resorted to cutting my own hair because I could never find anyone who knew how to cut and style curls properly, then I found Frankie - she does an AMAZING job with refreshing/repairing my hair and shaping my layers, plus she has given me so much education on how to care for my curls at home, which products to use (including affordable alternatives!), and how to style to enhance my natural curls. I always leave feeling super confident and in love with my natural hair 😍 And during my second appointment, she checked in to see what I liked or didn’t like about the cut the last time so she could make any needed adjustments to give me a cut that fits my preferences and needs.

Very unprofessional made a appointment never received a call or message about what I wanted done showed up to my appointment just to be told that the stylist didnt know how to do what I wanted and makes things worse is I drove over 30 min just to get to the shop for nothing to get done

My hairstylist was Claudia. She was fantastic! I have to say that I have never walked out of a salon happier! Nice amount of verbal patter; great attention to detail and she optimized the hair style for my face (and my hairline). Didn’t realize walking in that my temples were too thin to accomplish the hairstyle I was asking for…but Claudia just made me look and feel fantastic without pointing out in any way that she was hiding a flaw! Perfect!

I just love the way Emily cuts my hair! She listens to what I think I want and works with me to get my best cut ever. Every stylist I have met in the salon is very friendly. I have also attended special events there that are very well done. It is more than a salon! 10/10 recommend.

Loved my experience here! I felt comfortable, welcomed, and felt no judgement. Claudia was sociable and kind, and I could tell she cared about my hair and me as a person. During the consultation she understood what I wanted for my hair and got right to it. The salon was stylish yet cozy. Their products are also all-natural. The only thing is I wish the prices were listed either on the website or in the store. I will be coming again!

I got my hair done here with Claudia not too long ago and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. Claudia was so sweet and professional and the overall atmosphere was soo welcoming! It's the happiest I've been w my hair in a while! Loved it!!

I meant to give this a five star review when I went about a week ago for my haircut. I was super nervous because my last experience with a Hairdresser (not here) did not go as planned and they ended up chopping off way more of my hair than I asked… However, I met this lady named Claudia and I had advised her of my situation, and she was super thorough and super attentive to my hair and cut it exactly how I had asked and even made it look so beautiful and healthy. I couldn’t have been happier. I definitely recommend Claudia if you end up coming to the salon.!!

Frankie was fantastic! The whole experience was very helpful. Best curly hair cut I’ve ever had! She never made me question what she was doing and explained each step with what products to use and cheaper options just in case. She was absolutely amazing!

Honestly, why did I take so long to go to see Frankie? She truly made me feel so welcome She took special care to detangle my hair even more and worked her magic in creating the shape that best suited me. I appreciated her walking me through every step of the process (which she did throughout my entire appointment) and I learned a lot in the process. I have been at Studio One awhile now and have been happy with Jamie. She admittedly is a great stylist. Sweet as well. Jamie listens to you and understands we women are fickle when it comes to our hair. Her prices are fair considering what some salons are charging. All of the girls that work there are great. Nothing pretentious going on here. I highly recommend Studio One and especially Jamie. I know they recently hired a new stylist Claudia and she’s great too! IMO you should try them if you’re looking for a new stylist.

I was very hesitant to let anyone color my hair. Since I moved to Colorado I have tried a few different places and they fried it. My daughter has been going to Jamie for a while now and had the most amazing things to say about her work. I went the first time for just a trim and was very impressed as well! I decided to book to get color done. I am SO happy I did!! I have never gotten results like this! It’s like she read my mind and knew exactly what to do and I love it. I have had my hair done many times at different salons and never left so happy! I will definitely never go anywhere else! It turned out so beautiful! Thank you Jamie!

Jamie saved my hair!!! I came to her after I had seen another stylist who literally jacked up my hair. Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional about what I needed to do to fix it. She was on point with recommendations with products and how we went about fixing it. She has got my hair growing and looking better then ever! I definitely recommend Jamie, Emily & Franky!!

My grandma came to town recently and she is used to getting her hair done twice a week. Claudia was able to see my grandma and she absolutely loved her hair. She mentioned how great it looked multiple times that day, and the remainder of her stay.

Self care to the highest degree! The ladies at Salon one will make you fabulous and pampered. Conversation in the studio is welcoming and kind. They serve complimentary wine as well!! This place is a 10/10. There’s no where else I’ll be getting my hair done.
