I have short blond hair and Nikki is my stylist. She executes flawless cuts and blond highlights every time. She gives detailed and clear consultations when we discuss different things I want to do with my hair. Georgiann is another stylist there and her clients always look fantastic when they leave the salon. The Studio Teknik team make you feel at home there and are so kind and welcoming to all. I highly recommend this salon!! You’re in great hands with both Nikki and Georgiann.

I mean everyone there is so cool and the quality of the haircut is perfect. First time I've ever returned to the same hairdresser on a schedule. But when your haircuts double as therapy sessions, you don't give that up lol

I just went for my first time and I loved it here! The salon is cute and very clean. Georgiann did a great job cutting and styling my mess of curls, and I’m still in love with the darker fall colors in my hair. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I have been going to Nei for hair cuts and color for several years now. She is extremely skilled; I have never gotten as many complements on my hair as I have with my current style. The salon is calm and plays great music, and everyone who works there is so friendly. An awesome perk of this salon is that their hair wash sinks have a bit of cushioning in the neck/head rest, which makes hair washes so comfortable.

Nikki has been cutting my hair for a decade. I started going because the shop was a block away from our apartment and was super convenient. Since then we've moved to South Philly and then to the 'burbs. While it's no longer the closest spot to get my hair cut, I keep going because over the past 11 years Nikki, Alex and the team at Studio Teknik have become friends. The place is like Cheers, everyone knows my name, they know my wife's name, they know my kid's name, they even know my dog's name! At this point I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It's fun place with good people. Oh and they give a great haircut too.

I drive 2 hours to get to Nikki which is a small testament to how amazing she is at what she does in her salon. I have tried others since moving away from the phila. area and there's no comparison. I never realized how hard it was to find a salon that "gets" you and surpasses every expectation. Nikki always made it look easy, as if all salons were like Studio Teknik, but no....she is everything you could want and so much more.

I haven’t had a single negative experience at this salon. Everyone is extremely sweet, friendly, and accommodating. I’ve been going to Natasha for about a year now, and I can’t imagine trusting my hair with anyone else. The way she lights up about her work and genuinely cares about her clients makes every visit a pleasure. I’ve had MANY bad experiences with my hair prior to Natasha - professionals who have fried my hair to a crisp and turned me orange - and she’s helped me get my hair back to being healthy and beautiful. Every time I leave, my confidence feels rejuvenated. I can’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend Teknik, especially Natasha! I was a first timer at the salon and I had a wonderful experience. All the staff members were professional and friendly. They were out of coffee k cups and even went out to get more for me! Natasha was a dream. I was getting a big cut and the first color treatment I've had in years. She took my vision and her own expertise and ran with it. I absolutely love the result--she's a master at her craft!

I recently got the Japanese thermal hair straightening done and I am in love with the results!! Nikki is seriously the sweetest person ever and made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend anyone considering getting the service done to come here. I loved the fact that Nikki also gave me the option to come back and check in a week later and touched up a area of my stubborn curls. This cut my drying time from almost an hour down to less than 20 minutes. My hair feels so much more healthy and is super shiny and straight. Alex made booking my service so easy and answered all my questions. Overall the staff made me feel welcome and were very friendly and kind.

Very happy with my hair color and cut expertly done by Natasha (who has 20+ years of stylist experience). Love my new improved hairstyle and Natasha gave my color depth and highlights! The salon has a friendly, welcoming vibe and their prices are reasonable. Convenient hours and location on South Street near Whole Foods and Starbucks.

Natasha is the best! I used to go to separate people for cuts and color but I don’t anymore because she is amazing. I get so many compliments on my hair and I am always so happy with how my hair looks after she is done. She is great at listening to what I want and turning that into reality.

This salon is WONDERFUL! The stylists are friendly, talented, and extremely accomodating! My son does NOT like when clippers are used on his hair, and Nikki or Nei used to cut his hair entirely with scissors... He's so comfortable with them, now, that they are actually able to sneak in the clippers every once in a while ;) My daughter loves to get her "princess haircut," where they put little ringlets in her hair EVER so gently with a curling iron... Sometimes they'll even endulge her in a *temporary* pink tinge to her hair :) My wife has been going to this salon for years, now, ever since we moved downtown... Though her first stylist has gone, her new stylist makes her feel just as beautiful, and she IS!
