MILITARY FRIENDLY. DETAIL ORIENTED. Just moved to the area, called for a complimentary consultation, as I butchered my hair and was due to start a new job the next week. Catherine offered me to come in at 5pm (the same day) so she could offer guidance. She was promptly ready to see me and given my short hair, offered to show me how to style it professionally for my new job. She then realized that in order to properly do so, a shampoo and trim was necessary. After much attention to detail and friendly conversation, I was extremely happy with the service as she turned my head from a mop into a spunky hair-do (finally felt like a lady again). A generous discount was offered given the situation and my military service, which is much appreciated. Will be going back and definitely suggest her services.

Be careful of Catherine - Judged me about my car upon arrival, never had that (?) Offered me a redo - as my hair was a color I was not anticipating. She did not do a proper in person consult, went from what I said over the phone. Went in for the redo & SHE CHARGED ME for color remover!! Third time she decided I would get comped, her anger was palpible, still uncertain about her anger. After the redo, I decided to wear it curly and avoid a $50.00 blow dry. Inquired to schedule another appointment before I left, and today almost a week later I recieved this " I've given some thought to our professional relationship and concluded it'll be continuous challenge for me to get your hair the way you like it so I'm going to cancel your appointment with in November and super confident you'll find another salon/stylist who will more consistently be able to meet your needs. Catherine provides a meticulous cut, is conscientious asking how your cut and styling has been going since the last visit, then really listens, and addresses any challenges with the cut or provides styling tips. Love her salon! Elegant and relaxing.

Catherine was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I found her. My haircut is the best I have ever had. Today I had another compliment on my cut and color. She listens and then gives her opinion on what could work best for you. The surroundings are spacious and elegantly decorated, very upscale.

I just had to share my amazing experience with Catherine for the second time! From the moment I walked into her salon, I felt welcomed not just by her but by everyone on her team. The warm atmosphere makes such a difference! I’ve had an awful week, struggling with some personal issues and my mental health. Catherine made not only my day but my week better by telling me that the service I booked was complimentary. I was so grateful for her kindness—it truly lifted my spirits! Thank you, Catherine, for making my week better despite the difficult time I’ve been having. Catherine was incredibly generous, even refusing to accept a tip despite my insistence, which really showed her empathy and commitment to her clients. She truly cares! I've been to far too many salons since moving to Tucson four years ago. I know that sounds like I'm a prima donna and ridiculously annoying, but after having met Catherine and seeing the wonderful results of her cut and color, I am reassured that there is a stylist who both listens to a client's wishes and has the skills to execute them. I saw an ad for Studio Tucson in the Scout publication, and I was a tad intimidated because the studio looked incredibly luxe, and Catherine was so gracefully poised and polished. Catherine is warm and friendly and could not have been more welcoming and reassuring. I was so pleased with the cut and color and her patient instructions about how to style it. When I arrived home my husband complimented the results and exclaimed, "you have found the perfect stylist!". He ordinarily replies with an irritating, non-committal "it looks fine" when I ask him how a new cut and color looks. But this time, he has complimented both the cut and color multiple times. I have found a new salon home!!! Thank you, Catherine!

New to this salon but will be returning! Catherine did an AMAZING job on my hair! I absolutely love it! She took some time to explain the process of the look I wanted to achieve while simultaneously being fantastic. Catherine even showed me some curling techniques which was super nice of her! Studio Tucson Salon is where it's at!! Super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you so much Catherine for making me feel amazing after getting my hair done. I am very picky with who I allow to color my hair and brows but Catherine blew my mind!!! Not only was she kind enough to still squeeze me in despite being late but she got me in and out super fast while still giving me high quality service. Wow! I am so excited to have found my new permanent hairstylist. My gal retired from doing hair after 24 years and my friend recommended Catherine at Studio Tucson. I am thrilled, my hair looks amazing, she did these beautiful low lights that I really wanted, and used special products on my sensitive skin that were all organic and work well with color treated hair. The salon is gorgeous, it’s professional and relaxing, I’m looking forward to my next treatment!

Highly recommend the owner, Catherine! I had never colored my hair before and was a little nervous about the whole process. But after my aunt had an incredible experience with the salon, I decided to go for it — so glad I did! I knew I wanted to go lighter with highlights, but gave her complete creative control over the color and cut. Catherine worked her magic, and the results were absolutely stunning. Even though I've moved away from Tucson, I fly back every few months just to see her. She amazes me every time, and I get so many compliments from friends and family. Not only is the color perfect, but the cut is the best I've ever had—truly personalized to suit me. The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Catherine is incredibly kind and professional. After 5 long years of searching I have found the most awesome stylist in Santiago! He is the BEST! Talented, creative, funny, engaging and just a joy to sit in his chair and be in his presence. I cannot express how great of an experience I had! Santiago was truly amazing. He not only cut my hair beautifully, but he taught me a lot about what would suit me and gave direction on products and how to treat my hair. I have been going to Catherine for over a year and have received multiple compliments on my hair. Last night I had a company Christmas party and four women walked up to me, telling me how beautiful my hair was. I told them that I just had it done that day. Studio Tucson is an elegant "green/clean" salon which was important to me. I didn't want to go to a salon that uses harsh chemicals on my hair. Catherine also has decades of experience doing hair and she always does an excellent job.

Yesterday I visited my long-time hair stylist Santiago here in Tucson. He did a great job with my hair as always since 10 years now. The Studio Tucson Salon is sooo welcoming, elegant and has a peaceful atmosphere. They use organic hair products (Oway from Italy, Rahua from the Amazon Rainforest, O&M, Milk_Shake etc.). Highly recommended!

worst hair experience. very mediocre and expensive and unprofessional, salon has a bad vibe. responding to owner: in response to you, I am the one who asked you months ago to return the valuable items you have of mine which you have not returned. It's unfortunate that a public forum is necessary to try to get my items returned or remunerated for. I would also hope that you no longer mock liberal clients and send photos of them with their head in the sink.
