I found this place after I couldn’t get anyone to get my nails right I get ombré pink and white nails and they come out absolutely perfect every time the owner is also amazing this place provides loads of snacks and drinks like Starbucks , red bulls ect it’s always super clean and decorated amazingly the owner always puts fresh flowers out as well 😍I definitely recommend this place !!!

This is my second time getting my nails done with Patrick, the manager and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! He listens to what you actually want and goes above and beyond to make you happy!!! Love the hospitality and the cleanliness of the salon.. I can’t wait to bring my mom here for a pedicure! Thanks again Patrick!

I love this place! Appointments are scheduled through an app and always on-time! Everyone is friendly and the salon is always clean! My nails and pedicure always last!

Kim is amazing!! Very friendly and amazing at her job!! I come in during my kids practice and she always takes of me in a timely manner!! Always 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Kim for always taking care of me!

So happy I've been coming here for the last year. Easy to make online appointments or walk-in. Beautiful salon and very sweet employees. Kim is the best! She does such great work!

First time visiting here. Kim and Patrick were great. Kim is awesome with hand design that I showed her I wanted. The atmosphere is very warm g and welcoming. Will definitely return for future services.

Kim was great- she was so friendly. The place was very clean and they offer complimentary snacks and beverages too! Really satisfied with my service and so conveniently located for me :) I will be back for my next pedicure!

Nice atmosphere and such pleasant workers. My nails were perfect and even got a free filing on my fingernails while my toes dried. I’ll be back.

The worst experience ever. I have been wearing nails for years. Never have I ever broke 3 nails in 7 days. The response from the them was disgusting. Do not waste your time ur money at studio West .

Update: I really wanted to like this place. They’re so nice and have great customer service. However, a week later and the gel has started to come off the nails on my toes, in one clean piece. I’ve never had gel come off so soon. I initially gave them 5 stars but not too happy with the pedicure falling apart so soon. I may give them another chance in the future because they’re so nice, but be cautious. My first time here. Came in with my daughter and we both got pedicures. I got a a gel manicure and she got a full set of dip done as well. The experience was awesome all around! They offer complimentary drinks and snacks. They are very welcoming and have great customer service. Kim is amazing! And my daughter saw Patrick. Both were so nice and the work was perfect! We found our new nail place and I highly recommend them!
