I came here because it's closer and i didn't have to travel to Manhattan to the one i used to go. The young girl who washed my hair wasn't professional and did a random job. She splashed water all over my face. It was uncomfortable. This guy, Tony, who's one of the owners, cut my hair. He didn't cut as what i requested and said it won't fit me. Another barber from Manhattan cut the way i requested, and i loved it. I was ok with Tony's way as long as it's better. He trimed my front layer way too short when i told him not to. I wasn't able to tight it up nit even after 3 months later. He pulled my hair hard while cutting it. It hurts. I have a lot of hair, and he complained about it the whole time. I didn't have a great experience here. It was cheaper than where i used to go but it wasn't that cheap here.

Came to get a wash and blow out and walked out with puffy hair that isn’t parted properly. The women who washed my hair was great , the guy that came to blow my hair didn’t know what he was doing . Didn’t section my hair just grabbed chunks kept trying to dry it then attempted to use a straightening iron on my hair while it was still wet , that’s when I got up paid him and left . I’ve never had such a terrible experience yet paid $35 for this service .

I went to this place yesterday for wash , haircut , blow dry and straightening my hair they were so friendly there was a lady who washed my hair and then a man who cut and blow dry they understand English and also the price were so cheap like 35 dollars for all of this they are professional I like this place I will come again.

Since I moved to Brooklyn this is the only salon I allow to touch my hair. Every time I come out looking fabulous!! I will keep going here forever! Thank you for taking care of my hair so beautifully!!

They have made some mistakes in the past but they are really nice people, they made up for their mistake the last time I went there they gave me a free gift and said they were deeply sorry about burning my ear, he was a new guy so I didn't have no hatred toward him everyone has to start off somewhere you will never learn how to do your profession if you don't make mistakes. Thank you guys for being nice

Haircut and blowout by Tony was great!!! Color by Lucy was perfect!!! Highly recommend!!! And pleased that salon is in Brooklyn and I don’t have to go to the city to get what I want!!! Highly recommend!!

I've been to a few hair salons in my time, and I will truthfully say that this salon is my favorite at this point - better than the literal celeb salon I went to in Manhattan! Somehow, every time I go here I wind up leaving happier than I even expected. And the staff is always so pleasant - I say that as someone who has difficulty communicating with them as they don't speak much English. But even so, they're so pleasant and know what they're doing

No longer called Chloe n'zoe but they still use the cover with that previous store name. I had a simple hair trim and wash, $30 before tips. I stopped by on a weekday just when it opened. I was the only customer. The wash was less than 5 min, 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner washes. I wanted thick layers which I'm not sure I got what I wanted. The hair cut was about 15 minutes. I just had difficulty conveying what I wanted with the picture but I didn't want him to cut more. The owner cut my hair, he was the only one there. I don't think I would go back.

Not the best experience. I went in around 10:30 am, hoping that there would be less customers at this time. There was one customer getting her hair colored and another one getting her hair cut. This salon has a total of 3 people working: one colorist, one hair stylist, and one hair washer. The one who washed my hair seemed young and inexperienced. She scratched my neck multiple times and got water in my ear. I didn't complain because the place seems understaffed, so I thought she might be a young relative helping out or something. Anyways, I only asked for a wash to make it easier for the stylist to cut my hair, since I always wash my hair again at home for cleanliness reasons, so I didn't care if the hair washer did a good job or not, but you might want to consider this point. The hair wash was quite fast, and then I sat around waiting for the stylist to finish cutting the other customer's hair before he moved on to me. At this point there were no other customers waiting for a cut, so he spent more time on the back of my head. Then another customer came in for a haircut, and I felt like the stylist rushed through the top and front of my hair in order to get to the new customer. The place looked understaffed, but this still felt very unprofessional, and I was ultimately not happy with the results of my haircut. I tried to ask him to cut my hair shorter, but he insisted that it would look bad, and told me to use some gel to style my hair instead. When I went to pay, the stylist (and possibly the owner) made it a point to nod at the hair washer (who had followed us to the cash register) and said that I should tip her. I was going to tip both the stylist and hair washer anyway because it's customary, right? But being told to do so really left a bad taste in my mouth. No need to rush me for a tip, man. I was already moving to get the money out. In summary, I will not be going back to this salon again. Also, the people at this place only speak Mandarin and some broken English. Luckily I can speak Mandarin and communicate what I want, but English-only speakers might have a harder time.

Not the greatest hair salon I’ve been to. It was very hot and uncomfortable to sit in while getting my hair done. The owners speak a very broken English, which makes it all the harder to communicate and get what you want. I left looking amazing but that was short lived. I don’t know what type of products they used but my curls lasted barely an hour. I don’t think I would use this salon anymore.

The hairstylist is not professional. The hairstyle he made was not the one I want. I was so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Don't waste your time and money. Also, the woman who helped to dry my hair was talkative, and she asked to tip them, very disgusting.

This salon is Hair style #1 now not Chloe N’ Zoe. It’s Good and have a fair price, you must show pictures of what you want and ask at the moment if you aren’t satisfied and they’ll accommodate you right then. I did balayage and after wash I wasn’t super happy and they fixed right away and then I was 100% happy with the result. They’re nice.

I finally found a decent hair Dresser that actually cares about the hair and Tony is very conscious when doing the color on the hair and he does trim hair well I highly recommend

I wouldn’t recommend to go here. The person who was cutting my hair obviously didn’t even show the slightest effort. They were busy talking to the other barber while they were cutting my hair and joking around. After they were finished cutting my hair (this was many weeks ago) my hair on one side was much shorter than the other and it was a complete mess. I am never going there again.
