Kimberly is great! she’s nice and does the job well. as i was sitting there waiting, there was this other lady white, blond, with tattoos all over her arm talking very loudly and very much. while i understand making conversations with your clients i think she talked too much and shared too much of her life. she kept talking about other people’s boyfriends and girlfriends. i dont think that’s professional.

Based on the behavior of the Stylist, this was very unprofessional. She was lying! I WOULD NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS PLACE! Manager should've showed more compassion to the customer and her needs/wants! Shame on the stylist! She is obviously in the wrong field of work!

I want to counter all the negative reviews. A YouTube personality abused her platform and used it to slander this stylist and salon. She also used the current social climate to race bait!!!!! Please ignore all the negative reviews left by this person's subscribers. This salons original rating was 5 stars, which was actually earned.

My stylist for the past almost 16 years, Pam, is nothing but professional and efficient. She’s not only organized and very welcoming to everyone, she always manages to please. She’s been cutting my hair since I was a younger. She always manages to fit everyone in. I trust no one with anything more than I trust her with my hair. I went to another place one time and regretted every second of it. It’s the kind of place you never forget. It’s a place to bring your family and recommend to your friends. I have nothing but great reviews for not only her but everyone at Style 5. Love them endlessly.

Pam took me at the last minute, honored my Groupon discount, took a very long time making my hair gorgeous for a great price (even without the coupon it is very reasonable). Place simple, spotless, very nice.

The 1 star reviews are fake reviews, they were fans of a youtuber who tried to defame the salon and not take any credibility for people attacking and leaving fake reviews. They never set foot in the door if this salon. If you visit this salon do so knowing you will get a good honest service from what I seen. Go by your own judgment this salon had 5 stars and that speaks volumes that the only complaints are from after that video was made and not taken down or blurred the poor women’s face. The women everyone keeps attacking gave her honest and good advice.
