Lorraine has been m stylist for many years and she always does what I need on my hair. She never cuts more than I have requested which is a big deal for most women. She is super friendly and it’s nice to catch up on our families too!

The stylist personality was great but when we walked in I let them know it was indeed a kids cut. They said oh okay, where about do u want the length.. I showed a pic and stated shoulder length.. proceeds to cut my daughters hair dry.. butchered one side and left the back uneven.. took her to wet it and took more off.. please let someone know next time youre not familiar with child cuts =/

The usual......Cynthia is always right on and has always been very efficient as well.....She also fully understands individual concerns and knows just how to resolve them..... Additionally she always appears to manage the store very well and manage the customers quite well even when the store is packed and extremely busy........
