I just happened to Google hair salons and Mrs. Lisa's came up I got an appointment that day and she had me in and out. But I had long hair and wanted a pixie cut and she gave me just that I LOVE IT AND NOW HAVE A NEW HAIRSTYLIST. SHE is very welcoming, and it's easy to find her. I drove over an hour and some. It was definitely worth it. Thank you so much.

This salon is the absolute BEST! I’m new to Charlottesville and needed my hair done badly. I had very damaged ends from not maintaining the color I had in my hair. Ms. Lisa was recommended by a customer and she was also accepting clients as other salons weren’t. Well, I went in to see her and when I say the Lord Himself blessed her hands and skills to the high heavens and beyond! I mean it! She did exactly what I asked and worked some magic on my hair because my hair has been silly, bouncy, tangle and shedding free for the past two weeks! Also, the MAJOR part for me, my hair has been able to hold the same curls I did myself two days after I saw Ms. Lisa. I wanted to curl it to see if it my curls would hold longer than an hour. She also recommended the hair products I should use in between visits and I got them immediately. As long as I live in Charlottesville, Ms. Lisa’s hands will be the only hands that touch my hair. To add she is also very kind, warm, and professional. And her prices are superb! I highly recommend her services. Looking forward to my next visit. If I could give more stars I would.

This salon is the worst. I booked Style and Beyond owner, Lisa to do my wedding /vow renewal four months in advance. My appointment was at 10 and my daughter at 11am. We did not get seen until 1pm and 3pm. I had to blow dry my own daughter's hair while waiting on her. I explain to her that I needed to be out by 1:30 for another appointment. She state's Maybe. What in the world is maybe? Isn't it a salon golden rule to do wedding party first, especially if it was a scheduled appointment. She was intentional taking other clients before me until one of the clients said, no take her because it's her wedding day. She didn't have products, my oldest daughter was going to the beauty salon to buy Lisa, the owner, supplies to use. She was going to secure a lace front wig with spritz, and it wasn't folding. The owner of this salon was intentional trying to ruin my day, and the only reason was because I didn't use her daughter as my makeup artist. My hair was fallen one hour later, the pins that held the hair in place was coming out. I had to go and get bobby pins to secure it in place until after the ceremony. Now if you like to pay good hard working money to a person who is unprofessional and don't know how to treat people than this is your salon. You better make sure you buy your own products.
