I had a great experience and I am so happy with my new curly look. Patty understood exactly what I was asking for. The salon has a really nice environment, very clean and organized. Patty is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. By the way she was asking my intake questions and based on what she recommended, I knew I was in the right hands and I knew she’s very experienced. The entire customer service experience was excellent. I appreciated Patty’s warm welcome.

I have been Patty’s client since 2012 and I wouldn’t trust my hair color to anyone else. She is an expert at what she does, my highlights always look amazing. Also, her blow dry is exceptional. I have super curly hair and she straightens my hair like no one else has ever been able to. She is also very knowledgeable on conditioning treatments and leaves my hair feeling so soft and looking very healthy every time. I highly recommend Patty for all your hair needs plus she is super sweet and you will definitely have a great experience.

I booked an appointment and got an email confirmation. I also got a reminder the day of my appointment. I arrived 10 mins beforehand. The room/suite 21 was locked. I called. Left a voicemail. Called again. This time no answer and it did not forward me to the voicemail. Went to the next door suite. There was a very friendly stylist working that day. I asked her if there is a different number to reach out the stylist by “Style by Patty Studio” other than what I have. That nice stylist had the same number. She suggested to txt to that number. I txted and sent a screenshot of my appointment confirmation. So 20 mins later I left the location. I set in my car of the parking lot for another 20 min. Hoping the Stylist Patty will respond. No response. So had to leave. Now 1 hours 30 mins later I got a call and a txt. Stylist Patty said .. I will copy paste her response down below “ Hi, good afternoon, I'm so sorry I saw your message now. I don't work today because I was not feeling well. I have a lot of back pain, and I feel DC. So I i was not checking my appointments because I'm not feeling well. I'm so sorry for the inconvenient. And i'm sorry work Monday to Saturday. If you check my schedule is Monday. True, . I'm close Sunday. I work in every other Sunday. And I'm sorry for inconvenient. Because you was there and you make the appointment I don't have a chance to see my phone because I was feeling so bad. This morning and this afternoon.” I am truly disappointed in this Stylist Patty Studio and how unprofessional she handles her appointments! If you do not feel well close/block the availability so ppl do not waste their time and money to drive to you! It is ok if you cancel or reschedule as well! Just do it in a timely manner pls! Well.. I hope she feels better and I wish her a full recovery and also to be more professional with her scheduling habits in her business! I want to believe she is good at her job. Unfortunately I won’t find it out myself 😔 Happy Holidays 🎄

I’m so glad I found this Salon. I’ve been searching for a stylist for a while now, and I am so glad I found Patty. She is such a sweet person, and she definitely knows what she’s doing. She knew exactly what to do with my curly hair, and I am very grateful for her knowledge and professionalism. The Space is perfectly done with an organic and refreshing atmosphere. I love the one on one service that is provided, it’s a comfortable environment for me to enjoy my time getting my hair in order. Patty always does an amazing job on my hair I am always 100% satisfied. She does my color perfectly and she is always consistent and produces great results. She is always flexible and available and I am able to get an appointment quickly and conveniently. She is always available for last minute appointments. Her studio is very nice and her service is always wonderful. I have been going to her salon for over 10 years. I highly recommend her
