I am new to the neighborhood and booked this appointment online. I wasn’t disappointed. Suzanna was very friendly and attentive. She gave me an amazing wash and a beautiful layer haircut. Loved how healthy and bright my hair looked afterwards. She followed my wish and didn’t shorten my hair too much. Definitely recommend! I will be going back!

I had my hair cut by Susanna about a month or so ago and it was a great experience. She was friendly and efficient. My hair looked great and it was very soft. Will come back in the future.

I had a consultation with Susana. She called me to come in two hours before I was scheduled to come in. She was in the middle of doing someone else’s hair. She looked at my hair from afar. She asked what I was looking for. I told her a perm. She told me she would have to cut about four inches to do it. I said okay, but I wouldn’t want to cut much more since I wanted to keep some length. She said no problem and we made an appointment for the next week. Two days later I get a text from her: stating that a perm wouldn’t work in my hair, especially the curl pattern I was looking for because my hair was too long and thick (I do not have thick hair at all). She said that you can only get a wave perm if you have long hair, no curls. I canceled and went to another salon who cut my hair about the length Susanna had mentioned and I was able to get more curl than a wave. It very much felt like she just didn’t want to do it, and I wasted a lot of time. Also (and nothing to do with my rating), her studio has two different addresses on Google and a completely different address on Apple Maps

I recentrly visited Style by Susanna. I was absolutly amazed with my new haircut. Susanna is a super professional. She perfectly executed what I wanted. Besides, Susanna is incredibly friendly and accomodating. I feel confident in her hands. I'll definitly be returning for my next trim!

amazing service , ask for blowout,straighten,and trim and got exactly that if not better. leaving hair silky smooth and pin straight,i have 2c-3a curls so this is a big diffrence. stylist is nice and supportive,funny,positive and very professional.

Susanna gave me the most fantastic bob. It was a dramatic cut almost a foot long & I love my new haircut and the color she did for me. I have been searching for “ my someone “who listens and tells me what's best for my hair, and Susanna surely is the one. She’s excellent, takes her time, makes sure everything is perfect & most importantly, makes sure you are comfortable and well.
