Finally found my new hair dresser in Philly! Getting the right tone & dimensions for blonde hair is tricky- and I’m ecstatic that Anna did it perfectly! You could tell she’s very experienced & knows exactly how to make your vision come to life. I also got a dusting & blowout. It looks so healthy & shiny. Salon is cute & very clean! Would 100% recommend!

Megan is fantastic! I found Style Factory through Groupon and came in as a new client with a complicated hair situation. Megan knew exactly what to do to restore my hair health, give my hair a cohesive, trendy, flattering look, and maintain some length like I wanted. She was also very understanding and accommodating with my neck issues. I’m thrilled with the haircut, impressed with Megan’s skill, and will be returning!

Where to start… My keratin came out AWFUL. WORST salon, unprofessional, tacky, fishy, not even sure most of the workers are legally allowed to work there? Owner has little girls helping her do work set out for licensed hair professionals. RED FLAG! Potential customers BEWARE! There are plenty of other real salons to go to around here. Stay FAR away from this place!

This salon is a real gem in the neighborhood. The hair stylist Anna is super talented. She listens to what you want, and gives her professional opinion to give you the look you are going for. Everytime I come out of there I am always thrilled with the outcome. The prices are fair, and scheduling is without hassel. Super happy I found this place! For my daughter's first birthday she did highlights, extensions, and had a great makeup artist for me. It was perfect.
