Just went for the first time, and I absolutely love this place! The massage during the shampoo is heavenly, and Dallas was so wonderful. She listened to me and asked for my input, and she gave me tips on styling my beautiful new haircut. Everyone was so kind and warm. I will absolutely be coming here again.

Let me preface this by saying I do not write reviews. However I saw Dallas today and I had a literal mess on my head, in which I had done to myself. She was patient with me and listened to what I wanted. I am pretty particular with my color and she really took her time and got it right. My hair color is tough and even tougher after my own mess up. She exceeded my expectations, my hair color is top notch. My red heads out there know that finding someone that can achieve what you want is hard. Shout out to Dallas for getting it perfect. The prices were very good and fair as well compared to other places I sought out.

My new favorite hair salon in Las Vegas! Dallas is just amazing!!! After a few really bad hair experiences for me she came to save the day. I randomly found the place and they took me right in. She fixed my hair after months of my crying about it. On the top of that she washed my hair and gave me scalp and neck massage, styled my hair, did braids, curled my hair and gave me complimentary blow dry and styling for my next visit! It just doesn't get better! Thank you Dallas, you are one of a kind and just the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't say enough about Style & Grace Hair Gallery. Every single person working there is incredibly friendly, professional, and pleasant. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The hair wash includes an indescribable head, shoulder, and neck massage that is simply heavenly. They always check on their clients, offering bottled water and ensuring you never feel neglected or unattended. As for Justin, he is truly amazing. So professional and knowledgeable, he takes the time to listen to your ideas and needs. When he puts his skills into practice, it's like magic. I've been to Justin twice now: the first time, my son and I went for haircuts, and we were both extremely happy with the results. The second time, I went for highlights, and I am absolutely in love with the outcome. I feel so happy and beautiful that words can't fully express it. Justin is my personal stylist for life, or at least until he retires. I 100% recommend him and the entire team at Style & Grace Hair Gallery!

This is the place! And this is your sign to book an appointment. I’ve lived in Las Vegas for over a decade. I’ve been going solely to this location for a little over 7 years. If that doesn’t speak volumes for the level of skill and professionalism they have. I am not sure what else would. This review comes from years of receiving hair cuts, colors, and deep conditioning treatments. Rest assured when I tell you. You can trust them with your head of hair. I HOPE you have a great experience, and know the search for the perfect spot has been discovered. Of course, we all have our favorite stylists. And mine is Salvador. Please try not to over book his schedule ( I still need him too). All the other stylists do amazing work as well. I’ve seen it first hand. Check out their bios and see who’s a good fit for you. It’d be hard to choose wrong. If not impossible.

This hair salon is next level!!! I wish I could give 6 stars. Staff is suuuper friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Delaney is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had and every time I have gone to her she has exceeded my expectations and made my hair look better than I ever thought it could. She even gave my fiancé one of the best haircuts he’s ever gotten. Thank you so much Delaney and all the folks at Style and grace- you really are performing miracles over there <3

Although we didn't get to go to the salon, we had the pleasure of shopping for braid options with the staff, and they were the nicest people. Sal is the best! But it's worth noting that unlike other salons, all the staff do a great job of checking in with all clients not just "theirs". Everyone's friendly and sweet and full of recommendations!

Style & Grace has been my fav hair salon! From weddings, red carpet events, Academy Awards to local events their staff is truly talented. A very well experienced & put together team! Salvador is my stylist he works his magic & keeps my grays out of my way! Any style that’s trending Salvador knows! What’s even better the 2 owners are locals & I will always support women owned businesses!

Wow, this place has gone down hill. I had an appointment with Justin at 1 PM. I arrived before my appointment at 1 pm, got checked in and proceeded to sit in the main area for 25 minutes. In that time, I watched two people check in after me and begin services. Meanwhile, Justin has yet to acknowledge I exist. At 1:20, I stood up and left as I value my time and money. I usually spend close to 300 dollars on my hair appointments. I'll go elsewhere. I was a customer of this salon when it was Kelly Cardenas back in 2013. I'm so disappointed to see some of the changes and lack of basic customer service. I came from out of state and waited just to go back to my favorite salon. Never again Style and Grace, never again.

Everyone is super friendly and very professional. The place is clean, hair wash includes a little neck and shoulder massage, and stylists take their job seriously. Definitely recommend!

They won't verbally tell you what's up before you go to your appointment. The mgr referrs to what other salons are doing. She then tells you the information is in your text confirmation they send you. Why can't she just tell you on the phone that "There's no using heat!" You leave their salon with wet hair but pay full price. They can wash your hair? But can't put a dryer on it? Huh? Yet the News showed today on TV a salon in Vegas that Californian's are coming to getting their hair done, the stylist Was Using A Hair Dryer! On TV! 8/10/2020

So I went to Kelly Cardenas for the first time a couple weeks ago, when I got there the people that work there weren’t very welcoming except for the appointment lady. I got highlights and a small trim done. Now I have really curly hair and when the hairstylist I was assigned to didn’t have any knowledge on curly hair or how to style it, he made me look like the mad hatter and I had to fix it after I left. He only trimmed my bangs really short and didn’t trim the back at all, the highlights I got were only highlighted in the front and on the sides and hardly anything in the back. The highlights didn’t even stay in long, it washed out after 2 washes and it was supposed to stay in up until 6-8 washes. He was very unwelcoming and had a dry personality and his assistant that washed out my hair pulled my hair and wasn’t really gentle. For 260 dollars was definitely not worth it especially going there for the first time ever.

Experienced so many "firsts" at this salon! As a man who does not care for getting haircuts very often, I will most definitely be back for the royal treatment! A beer while I waited, a head and neck massage with the shampoo, and a private dressing room full of clean "capes" to put on before my haircut!? Top notch. If you're salon experience is at a "novice" level (like mine), do not fear! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My hair stylist Tina was great, and I got exactly what I asked for. Minus the decision to straighten my (long) hair at the end. We agreed that it should never happen again in the future. I'll take half the blame for that! Not just a haircut, but an experience! I'll be back sooner than later.
