Katie messed me up .I am not the type of person to come out like this but this girl truly f’d me up and fried my hair up so bad that now it’s so thin and everytime I brush it , it all falls out in small pieces and crunchy af. She also did not give me the work I wanted she suck’s at blending in the bleach and definitely overcharges . Please be aware before coming to her . She is also kinda of a beginner I wouldn’t trust her touching my hair ever again . It’s gonna be a hell of a process to get over this hell reality of my hair I’m living in 😡😡😡

Shana does an amazing job with my hair. I have very thin fine hair. I am extremely happy with my cut and blow dry. I would highly recommend this Salon

A couple of years ago I had a bad hair experience at a different salon that totally fried my hair stripping old color with bleach. I wanted to go from red to my natural gray. My hair was damaged so badly from that procedure, I needed expert help and fast! Shana took me on as her client and made me fall in love with my hair again! Shana listened to my concerns and helped me get my hair healthy again. Highly recommend Style Loft and Shana for all your hair needs! ❤️

I’ve been going to Style Loft for about 15 years! Shana is a wonderful stylist and I completely trust her. She is also a great teacher to her staff and is always open to answering questions or helping solve tricky problems. I always get compliments from other stylists about how good my color is!

Aalyah, a stylist, was quick to call me a “pilsberry colonizer” on an Instagram photo. I wonder if she calls her clients the same. So unprofessional. What a shame this salons employees act like this.

Worst experience of my life not only for myself who left with scabs but my best friend (who also left with a bleeding head) after paying over $400/each for our hair we were forgot about in the chair multiple times & pushed off to other stylist every appointment bc Tris was “overbooked” & booking her clients too close together. Not an issue for us but when we left with scabs on our head from being left in bleach too long we knew there was an issue when addressing it to Tris she told us how she could no longer fulfill our Hair duties and handle the situation with her full attention then blocked us.
