I love Noy. Her skills are amazing and her staff is wonderful as well and very supportive. This was my second time coming to Noy as my previous hair stylist moved to California. Noy has always been on time and has delivered a perfect haircut every time exceeding my expectations. I do not have long hair. I have medium length (above my shoulders) and she gave me a great cut. Noy gives her honest opinion about what suits you best based on your lifestyle which I truly appreciate. You can tell she truly wants to make sure you are happy with your service. She is direct and no nonsense. She even shares tips and recommends products to help achieve the look you are going for. I know I found my new hair stylist and I will not change her for anyone. Thank you Noy 🙏🏻

Excelente lugar para alguien que busque profesionalidad , buen trato , lugar acogedor , en general estas muchachas más que trabajar hacen magia con sus manos , y te hacen sentir en familia , lo recomiendo 100 % sin dudas si quieren lucir bellas este lugar es el indicado , gracias por el excelente trabajo que le hicieron a mi niña gracias por hacerle realidad el sueño de lucir hermosa en sus 15 primaveras…

This was my third time visiting this salon. My first time was amazing- everything was done just to my liking and Noy and her staff made me feel very welcomed and I loved my hair. My second time was just for a cut and tone and I left feeling a bit underwhelmed because my color wasn’t the same as the time before and my cut was not the same either. I did show inspo pictures (as I always do) and asked for the same cut so I was a bit confused but not upset- I am not a person that doesn’t give second chances and sometimes there is a simple miscommunication. I liked it- it just wasn’t the same as before. I never mentioned it to the staff. The third time I came back for a full balayage, cut and style. We had a brief talk about what I wanted and she went right to work. My cut this time was perfect-love it. The color was totally wrong. I mentioned while I was there that I felt I was left in the foils too long, my hair looked too light. I was told not to worry- but I left there with sandy blonde highlights when I had asked for chocolate and copper highlights. It’s an expensive service so after I got home and thought on it for a bit I texted and asked if there was any way I could come back in to tone it darker. I offered to pay for the service. She was very nice and offered me an appt. just a couple days later and told me not to worry about payment. Again, I left disappointed. I have since realized a few things: her balayage technique is amazing and she knows how to do blonde really well. She also works really well with long hair. I have short, brunette hair and I like being a brunette so this match was never going to work out. And thats OK. I ended up going somewhere else and getting it toned again a couple of weeks later and I am finally happy. I made an effort to be polite and accommodating throughout this whole process. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews for small businesses. But today I messaged the salon and I asked for the deposit I was rolling over back (as an exception to their rule because I would not be returning given the circumstances) and I was told that they couldn’t because “if they did that for me, they would have to do it for everyone.” I still would have happily recommended this salon to anyone- until they did that. So I guess the “free” toner she gave me to “fix” my color was not complimentary. Lesson learned.

Beyond excellent service!! Noy has been god sent for my hair, goes above and beyond to ensure PERFECT quality and service! Not only is she the best hair stylist, I have been lucky to have, she’s also a friend, always willing to listen! True definition of your favorite “hair lady”! You can see how passionate she is about what she does and her top priority, you as a client and your overall hair look and health. I have been doing my hair with her for a few years and as long as she’s willing I’ll be hers for ever ! She is truly the best!

I love the way she colors, cuts and styles hair! I would never trust anyone to touch my hair but Noylen! If I could give her 10 starts, I would. She is not only excellent at what she does, but the way she runs her business, so professional, and the friendly staff, makes it a pleasure to be her customer.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m just super disappointed with my haircut & experience. I got there & immediately felt out of place/unwelcomed. I wasn’t offered water or anything, once it was time for my haircut, I showed her two pictures and she barely looked at them, asked if I was okay with the choppy style, I said yes and she started cutting. No consultation really, barely a 2 min conversation. She was busy talking to her employee & another client. My cut felt rushed & she didn’t even show me the back once I was done. I asked for curtain bangs and once I left and went home I realized they were uneven. The cut itself is ok but my hair feels thinner which is something I did not want. I already have thin hair so I’m feeling insecure about that. I went back to get my bangs fixed and they just don’t look the way that I wanted. This salon seems to cater more to women with longer hair or to do color which is fine but I would have preferred if she would have said she couldn’t do the cut. Now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed which is frustrating. Won’t be going back which is disappointing since I wanted a local salon to go to.

She was very welcoming, coming a first-timer and someone who has never used her before. Her salon is very clean and super cute. Everyone was very sweet and made me feel comfortable there. My hair turned out beautiful and I love it!

Noy and her team are amazing!! I always leave the salon looking like a brand new person. Noy is very down to earth and she will listen to you and give you her advice. My hair always ends up looking better than what I had in mind. I will give 10 stars if that was an option.

When I first went to Noy for a hair consultation my hair was a total disaster. My hair was burnt from a previous stylist that didn’t know how to really do balayage. My hair went from burnt to super healthy. Also her staff is super friendly. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else. I’ve also gotten hair Botox treatment with one of her employees and it was great and lasted a really long time. I’d definitely recommend her without a doubt.

Came with Noy for the first time a year ago, so frustrated with my hair, it was all dry and with split ends. Never liked the highlights done in another place. Thankfully she was able to fix my highlights and my hair is now healthy! Love her staff! Great customer service, they make you feel like family. ♥️

You will not be disappointed! I have done my hair with Noy for over 5 years and my hair looks beautiful and healthy. She is an excellent colorist and will not damage your hair. Found Noy and her salon a little over 7 months ago, I was recommended by many of my friends and coworkers! I have never once been disappointed! It’s a great atmosphere, very clean, professional staff and my hair always comes out looking AMAZING! I recommended her to many and my sister and niece now come to see her as well! If you haven’t yet, check her salon out, you will not be disappointed. 💯

Hands down, best stylist in Miami! I’ll follow Noy wherever she goes because no one can do what she does! I am in the middle of relocating to Orlando and plan to continue traveling down because she’s that amazing with cuts, color, and styling! Noy is the absolute BEST hair stylist !! Not only is she the best hair stylist but she has the sweetest heart! After coming here, I will never let anyone else touch my hair ! I am extremely happy every single time I leave the salon. Noy leaves my hair exactly the color I asked for while keeping my hair healthy. I 10000% recommend Noy to everyone! Noy was absolutely incredible! She left my hair flawless and I couldn’t be happier! She made sure she kept me up to date with every step of the process she was doing to my hair (even though it’s all Chinese to me loll) Obsessed with my hair and will deff be coming back for my retouches. 10/10 service.

Been doing my hair with Noy for years!! I came to her with unhealthy and dried out blonde hair... she completely brought my hair back to life and has maintained my balayage that way for more than 7 years! The products she uses are amazing and she is just SO talented!! I’ve never left a salon with unhealthy hair again since starting with Noy. Never going to anyone else!

Love everything about this salon. For starters the staff are all welcoming and super professional. When I first came in my hair was damaged and breaking apart. Noy was able to correct the color to my desired color plus I’ve seen the how much my hair has grown. A must try !
