I had an appointment at 11 there was no one there I called at least 5 times no one answered I even called the other numbers again no one answered very unprofessional for someone to have a business I will never come back again and make it so bad I'm not even from here from a different state and make it worse I was referred to you by one of my co-workers

My boyfriend came there for box braids there was not one box and their were no parts I wouldn’t suggest them for braids at all to do braids or even tell people they do braids because that was horrible !

Connie did a great job styling my hair, I love my hair cut!! Edit: Service has worsened. She didn't remember an appointment she set up for me in January making me feel like I just popped up. Then she stood me up on my 2nd one this year. I drove 30 minutes to the salon to have her tell me to come back 2 hours later. She's an awesome stylist for afro textured hair which is rare in Scranton and she takes full advantage of that. I ended up having to do my own hair since it was a holiday weekend. Just go to Stroudsburg or Allentown.

The barbers Alex & Bebo are amazing. They are very professional and skillful. I will never let anyone else cut my hair. I have gone to many other barbers and was always disappointed but at styles by Connie either one of these gentleman makes sure there clients are satisfied. Hats off ya!

I had made an appointment a week in advance. i arrived on time when the salon opened at 10 am. The only person that was there was a receptionist/apprentice. Her step mother was also there waiting with her until someone else showed up because she couldn't be left unattended. that is just down right unprofessional, she proceeded to tell me that my stylist was not coming in to work today, instead of rescheduling she gets me into a chair and starts doing my hair. she told me the owner was not feeling well today so she isnt coming in and she shut her phone off. i am sorry but if your employees dont show , that is your job to get that taken care of. after 1 hour in the chair , another employee had showed up, sat there and cut his own hair. i was not pleased with the performance from anyone. the salon is very cute, very clean place, just horrible management. i paid 65 dollars to get partial dreadlocks that turned out to be twists with some gel in them. i still tipped $15 because it wasnt the young girls fault.

I was charged $280 (that includes the first time customer discount) to have my hair bleached and trimmed. Which seems a bit harsh to me. I've paid a lot less at other places for the same. Also, the bleach left chemical burns all over my scalp. Now turned to scabs. And some spots of my hair look orangeish to me; definitely darker than the rest. Connie herself is a hard working woman. You can see it in the way she works. Nice and easy to get along with. I guess I just had a bad experience.

I'm always worried about going to new salons because I have very long hair and unfortunately, more often than not, a mistake is made or it's cut way too short. I cannot recommend Connie enough! She was knowledgeable and went well above and beyond to ensure I got what I wanted. She even stayed after hours to finish my hair and I left feeling confident and my hair looked great - the happiest I've been with it in a LONG time. Thank you so much Connie for making this such a great experience for me. I will definitely be going back to her!

I've found myself a new barber. 2nd time getting my hair cut & eyebrows done by Connie & she's done a fabulous job each time. She is truly a professional. Love this place!
