Lisa is a Gem in Brooklyn...very knowledgeable and quick service ...she makes you feel at home in her shop and has very loyal customers...just a great person...if you believe in vibes and energy. If you're like me and won't let just anyone touch your hair. She's got a beautiful spirit. Prices are very reasonable. I was given a hot oil treatment ..Although she only accepts cash and zelle as payment. No credit cards..Thank you for my crochet locs Lisa! You da best!

I loved the energy in Lisa's salon. She was very attentive and gave great advice on how to take care of my locs. I got loc maintenance, an oil treatment, and hair color. I also appreciated how she treated her customers who came in for consultations. I will definitely be returning to get my hair taken care of again.

I set up an appointment with Lisa for my husband to get his locs done. His hair needed a lot of work and hadn't been done in a long time. She did an incredible job and helped to repair damaged areas, and provide a style that is easy to maintain. She kept me updated along the process by sending pictures and far exceeded our expectations! Definitely stop in the shop cause Lisa knows what she's doing!

Just came in for a retwist and styling, left with a retwist, styling, and oil saturating my dreads because she told me my dreads were dry and just needed some love! Respect the honesty and I will go back for the honesty.

Respectful, professional, provides great hair care to a client. This was my first time and I was looking for a hairstylist that specializes in locs and I found her on google then decided to reach out to make a appointment for my son and I honestly don’t regret it. The best place to get your dreads done. Lisa and Matthew are genuine people that are professional and thorough and will make your hair look great and keep a smile on your face. The atmosphere is addictive and your experience will be wonderful. ❤✊🏾✊🏾👐🏾🫶🏾🖤She's the absolute best (and the gentleman barber that works in there with her too). She has been so patient with my son (and me). She is professional, accommodating, and courteous. And to with with young kids, she has been so patient and understanding and I REALLY appreciate that because I know it's hard working on kids hair. I fully recommend her, and will refer anyone who is considering locs or needs upkeep. She isn't about just taking peoples money she consults with you and gives great advice and does a WONDERFUL job with the locs and lox extensions. If she doesn't feel it's right, she will not style you or take your money. She has integrity! I've watched her do other people's heads whole my son was under the dryer. She is AMAZING! If only all the salons/barbershops could operate like her. Her hours are great, she always messages back, she honors covid policy, makes you feel at home, she doesnt overbook herself, I can tell she is a real pillar of the community by all the LOVE she gets from everyone. 10 out of 10. I REALLY appreciate you Lisa. Thank you X a million! You're the best!

I had such an amazing experience here. This was the first time I ever got my locs professionally washed and retwisted. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, and my locs have never looked better. If you have dreadlocks this is the place to go to get them looking it's best.
