Went here to get a 2 inch trim. The lady even made sure 2 inches tell me why i see her just going at it chopping and chopping everywhere when i said no layers because my hair is already short… like i just needed a trim to be ready for my Birthday celebration and she ruined it…. Even my little girl said Mom your hair is so ugly let me see what you asked for like really and 8 year old can tell… i swear if people cant do a simple job dont be behind the chair messing up peoples hair… i called to get a refund because thats the least they can do turns out owner is on a cruise and wont be back until 2 weeks and they can’t do nothing about it maybe she should leave someone responsible to take care of this situations!!! What an unprofessional ghetto place!!!

Honestly majority of the times I came here to get a haircut I get my hair messed up if you get ur haircut by them you’ll understand why they only charge you 20$… I would not recommend this place to any guys.

It’s a ok place to go in a rush and cut you hair, it’s not the best. And well price it’s little price for what the cut is, I’ve been there 2 times, first time it was too short, second time it was not that perfect hair length it seem like they rushed and wanted to finished as soon as possible, anyway like I always say hair grows, no big deal, but next time I’ll try and find somewhere else

I honestly should have posted this when I got the haircut back in january, but I really tried to like the cut. But every day that I get up to do my hair i get so upset, honestly. Worst haircut ever. I wish I could say who cut my hair but she didn't even bother to tell me her name, all I can say is it was a young woman with glasses and dark hair working towards the back right corner of the salon. Anyways, I told her I wanted shoulder length hair with layers, but I didn't want the shortest layer shorter than my jaw bc I have to put my hair up for work. Tell me WHY this lady gave me a 360 BOWL LAYER that's barely to the tips of my ears?! I asked for curtain bangs and SHE MADE THE WHOLE SHORTEST LAYER THE SAME LENGTH AS MY BANGS?! And the longest layer that was supposed to be to my shoulders was left at my collarbones. I can't even put my hair in a ponytail bc of the extreme length differences, either the top of my hair slips out or the bottom of my hair doesn't reach. My hair was to my waist bc I don't trust hairstylists with my hair and this lady showed me AGAIN why i NEVER cut my hair professionally, not even a trim! This was supposed to be my birthday cut to start my year off good, but it's been 2 MONTHS AND I STILL HATE MY HAIR. It's even worse bc I came here for my last short cut back in 2019 and Pina did such a great job, I just wanted the same cut and I even showed the girl pics and she ruined my hair. She was so rude and cold, too, I should've known just by the way she talked to me. 😔
