If I could rate a 0, I absolutely would. I was reminded exactly why I don't get my hair done at salons, because stylists seem to have no respect when it comes to your requests and hair. Stephanie started out extremely heavy-handed, so I asked her to tone it down. Not only does she keep being rough, but she rips her fingers through my hair. I could hear strands popping. This type of foolishness will make you want to knock the devil out of someone, because that's disrespectful. It's like she had to be rough with everything she did, even drying my hair. I'm paying money to have a proper service, not to be disrespected for making a simple request and definitely not to have my hair damaged by someone acting like they couldn't care less. I got up and walked out, because I'm not sitting by while someone treats me any kind of way, especially someone I'm paying my money to. Update: This devil doesn't even have the smarts to recognize that I didn't say "blow-drying" with a blow dryer; I was talking about drying with the towel. What a joke. Take responsibility for your actions, that is what God would want you to do. And no, she wasn't getting paid anything else. Is she serious? She doesn't even deserve the $25 that I paid to reserve the appointment. Whatever...And you proved my point exactly by your response.. you were intentionally trying to be nasty. You're so right, you will reap what you sow

A real red carpet experience . I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stephanie's salon for my natural hair care services with added hair extensions,and I cannot recommend her enough. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed into her beautiful salon. The atmosphere alone was enough to put me at ease and make me feel comfortable. Stephanie is truly a master at her craft. Stephanie does an amazing job on my hair and my family’s hair!! I always get a lot of compliments on my hair and I am always asked who does my hair. I love the way she makes my gray looks! My hair is still beautiful even when it gets old! Stephanie is also concerned with the quality of my hair which I love!!
