Wemt to Candi to get a haircut based on the recommendation of a friend. Worst haircut ever!! She literally combed out my hair, took scissors and ran them along the bottom of my hair across my back, never touching my hair the whole time and then said I was done. No bang trim, even though I asked for her to do something with my bangs, which in hindsight I'm glad of. Took her less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I could have taken a weed wacker to my head and done a better job. Cut is ragged, uneven, and now I have to let it grow out so I can get someone who actually went to beauty school to redo my hair. What a nightmare!

I LOVE CANDI, I have been going to her for years... I send all my friends and family to her and will continue to send business her way.... Amazing customer service is a standard with Candi. I usually have her do my highlights and lowlights. But its really her new ideas that impress me the most. My sister Ashely goes to Candi for hair extensions were definitely clients for life....

I went to the stylist Candi (Candace) numerous times for cuts and colors and she did a good job on those. However, she put hair extensions on my hair last month and most of them fell out in 2 weeks. The quality of the hair was very poor and what managed to stay in became very dry and frizzy after a couple of washings. I didn't realize at the time that there is such variation in hair extension quality and it takes an experienced stylist to know the differences. I asked her to be reimbursed for the cost of the hair and she would not but offered me a free root touch-up "for your trouble". Really??? I was just so disappointed because it was not cheap to get the extensions and I trusted her and followed her instructions. I don't understand her not making this right with me because I approached her in a calm way trusting that she would work something out with me. If you're getting a cut or color from her, you'll probably be fine but I don't advise getting hair extensions from her because she did not back up her work in my case and there are other experienced stylists in the area putting on quality hair extensions so do your homework and don't waste your money.
