This was exactly was I was hoping for! I had long hair to my waist and wanted it shorter with some layers and framing. Gretel was wonderful, super friendly and sweet and my hair looks amazing! I have thick, heavy hair and Gretel gave me the layers I wanted and also thinned it a little more to take some of the weight off. I’m from out of town visiting family but I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this salon! My hair looks exactly like the picture I showed, and then made sure each step that it was exactly what I wanted! I’ll for sure be going back here again!

Everybody there is very nice. I know that if there's any issues I may have that I don't have to worry. Because the owner stands behind their work and product. So I never worry about what I have done. Nice to have a place that stands behind their work with no arguments. So I will always go here.

The absolute best hair salon! I’ve been going here for years and everytime my hair comes out exactly how I asked and still feeling healthy. I usually go to Karlie or Payton, but everyone there is extremely sweet!

I have gone to styles salon a few times now, and am so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and kindness of the staff. I have to highlight Natalie, she listened so well and made my vision come to life. 100% recommend her for any service needed.

I am very thankful I went here. I went in with very specific expectations, Natalie sat me down and explained why we would not be able to achieve that on that visit, but explained the process that it would take. Natalie was amazing at explaining what I could in all reality expect that day. I really appreciated her brutal honesty, she was incredibly sweet and hekpful. Natalie answered all of my 1000 questions, even ones I know I asked twice. The final result we achieved that day was exactly what she told me she could do. Let me tell you, Natalie and Karlie are the best. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been looking for a new hairstylist for AGES and finally found this salon. Payton did a great job, and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable she was and appreciated that she cared about keeping my hair healthy and not putting too much strain on it, which was the issue I had with previous stylists. Really love how my hair turned out. I will definitely be back. UPDATE: I’ve been frequenting this salon for a couple of years now and always have great experiences. Payton is no longer at the salon, but she connected me with Karlie, who is a pro at giving me exactly what I ask for, even when I only have the idea in my head without reference photos. I always come back from my appointments happy.

My mom and I both had a haircut scheduled today. I had Karlie and my mom had Gretel and both were amazing. Very personable, informative, and although they were very busy we never felt rushed or like they didn’t have time for us.

If you're a younger client and working profesional, do NOT go here and DO NOT go to Gretel. I paid for a hair cut and style, but the latter is not what I received. First of all, when I walked in for my 11:30 appointment, Gretel was working on another chick's hair and while the other chick's hair was developing product, it was very apparent that Gretel rushed to get my hair done while the other person's hair was in progress. That being said, the "style" portion I requested - Gretel only blow dried and styled the front of my bangs. She didn't dry out the rest of my hair in the back. In all the years I've had haircuts over the last 15 years, I have NEVER had a stylist who DID NOT blow dry my hair in the back when I asked for a "style" and hair cut. She blow dried my bangs, left the back of my hair SOPPING WET, then rushed me out the door. I was in shock. I didn't even know how to react with how fast she basically cut my hair, barely dried it and pushed me out the door. After going home and seeing what was done, I absolutely hate the way my hair looks. I can't even look at myself in the mirror and have resorted to wearing baseball caps or headbands. The layers and face frame are super choppy, and she cut off a LOT more length than what I asked for, even though she claimed to have "only trimmed the ends for the layers". To the "styling" component, Gretel made a comment along the lines of, "The Farah Faucet hair style is coming back." Well, she sure as hell made my hair look like Farah Faucet - which is NOT what I wanted. She cut my bangs and blow dried them outwards, giving me a late 70s/80s hairstyle in the front like Farah Faucet. But again, she left the back of my hair sopping wet. I never expressed I wanted that. She ASSUMED I wanted that? I went from a 90s hair cut from a different stylist to back to the 70s/80s with Gretel. She also treated me like I didn't know what different hair styling tools were, like a flat iron and rolling hair brush to blow dry bangs. What female doesn't own a flat iron? Overall, terrible experience and I would NEVER GO BACK. I had been to Styles before and gotten my hair cut by either Carly or Payton (can't remember which), and they were good, but NOT Gretel. 0/10 recommend. I thought it would be fine since Gretel seems to have good reviews, but after this experience, I don't see how.

It was my first time at the salon and Gretel was such a kind professional. My color is perfect, and the blowout was the best I've had in years. Hair was smooth, and shiny. I highly recommend her!

Super welcoming and kind staff!!! The owner is also super nice and attentive, and the stylist I had made sure my cut and hair are exactly how I want it. It's been a couple weeks out now and my hair is still retaining the red color they dyed it for me.

Gretel M. Is Amazing!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She did my Balyage today and I have never been happier! I have dark level 4 brown hair and it pulls red/orange every time I've attempted highlights and I usually end up having to cover with an allover brown after..NOT THIS TIME!!! Gretel was able to get me through the brassy stages and give me absolutely beautiful highlighted honey/ mushroom balyage hair without ruining it. I didnt think this beautiful color was in the cards for me because i have such dark hair..Thank you Gretel..my hair is absolutely beautiful! I'm a client for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gretel was amazing. But my hair color bled for two weeks maybe longer then it turned to an orange and pink color instead of a dark color like I wanted. I'm having to color my hair again and I hate it. For the price of almost 300 I wish I would of stayed away from the balayage option. It is a HUGE difference from what it looked like leaving the shop.

On February 25 I booked a wedding appointment for a haircut as well as eyebrow coloring and grooming for Wednesday, May 29 at 3 pm. The eyebrow coloring was Payton's suggestion because my brows are so very light in color. Four Days before my booked-well-in-advance appointment on May 25 at 9:30 am, Payton telephoned me and said, "I'm not going to have time" to color the eyebrows. She offered me a Thursday time. OR she will get me in with someone else. Styles Salon, news alert: Weddings are not the time to experiment with a new stylist. Weddings are memorialized in photographs for ever!!!!! Wedding dates are not changed at the drop of a hat to accommodate Payton who doesn't have time to keep a commitment made over 3 months ago! When I telephoned Styles Salon near to 10 am, I learned that Payton is the shop manager, and that she is moving on June 29, that "everyone is upset", that the owner can telephone me on Tuesday, May 28 because this is a holiday weekend! STYLES SALON, you have trashed your own good name by leaving all of this for the last minute on a holiday weekend. I booked my appointment on February 25. Clients should not be expected to rearrange their schedules to please Styles Salon because Styles suddenly has "no time." It is unreasonable fir the Styles Salin owner to expect a client to wait to resolve an issue because it is a holiday weekend. Styles had more than 3 months advance notice to resolve the issue. Styles telephoned me at the last minute! No client should be expected to try out a new stylist immediately before a wedding! Soured on Styles Salon.

Payton has done my hair 3 separate times now and EVERY single time my hair comes out just as amazing as I imagined. I was nervous at my first visit back in Oct 2021 but Payton was so kind, sweet and easy to communicate with that all my worries disappeared. She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and I haven't gone anywhere since! 10/10 would recommend Payton to anyone and I will continue to go back to anytime my hair needs to be recolored, cut or retouched.

genuinely everytime I have gone in every stylist regardless of who i’m scheduled with is extremely personable and inviting, the salon’s stylists as a whole are just some of the sweetest people. But , shout out to KARLIE!! She has been doing my hair and she really brings in that expertise when consulting your vision. She is so skilled and vastly knowledgeable on the ins n outs of whatever cut style , hair color , etc you could possibly want and she will give you a thorough consultation on its achieve-ability , and the best routes for it while maintaining you in the drivers seat. Omg and I’ve never seen such affordable prices for such a high level of quality at every pillar. If Karlie is not your stylist , or if you’re not going to Styles Salon you’re playing yourself!!

Haircut was not great wanted face framing bangs and they did not turn out well at all, had to fix the choppiness myself. The back does look good but one side is longer than the other. I was told this person had experience cutting curly hair, but when I told her I wanted my face framing bangs chin length she cut them right at my chin, my hair shrinks up from the curls so they’re pretty short :( I was also talked to about accepting God/Jesus during my haircut and found it extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Styles salon is the greatest n I wud not go anywhere else. I’ve known the owner thru 3 of her salons n each time she moved to a different area I was more than willing to travel further to get my hair done. She has cut my hair when it was real long, then shoulder length n now very short & have loved all styles she did. She even helped color my hair purple when I asked n did an excellent job. I’ve had highlights put in my hair also n was pleased. I wud recommend this salon to everyone!

Don’t go to this place! I asked for her not to take any length off of my hair, she cut 4 inches off! Then when I called to complain they said don’t come back! She screwed my hair up! I’ve been growing it for years! Don’t go there!

I've never been so upset..I literally left balling and still paid for it. I'm demanding my money back after she cut ALL my hair off. I showed her two pics of pixies cuts .. both with long bangs. I told her to only trim the right side to math the left and fade the sides and back... I'm relaxing and trusting the process..then I look up..and my hair is gone. She took my hair off both sides...the back..and completely chopped my bangs to only be swept ..barely..to one side... I'm sooooo mad.
