The owner whose name I don’t know has poor customer service. Business claims to welcome walk-ins but owner discourages a walk-in. She is a good hairstylist but who wants someone that’s rude providing such a personal service. This business does not display price list and owner charges at will. If she does not want you back she’ll increase her standard price.

I've had my hair cut here several times and not once have I regret it. Only down side that there's only 2 people cutting hair. Over all 9/10. Recommend if on the west side 👍

I went in yesterday 2/13/18 with my mother who is elderly. She was in desperate need of a hair cut due to damage from dying her hair. First of all the lady that was there had absolutely no customer service and was very rude . Second of all she refused to cut my mother’s hair making my mother feel embarrassed and a shamed . I asked her if she could do a short haircut (my mothers hair was long but badly damaged) and she said no she didn’t want to do it because my mothers hair was long. What sense does that make???? We weren’t looking for a miracle just a short cut or pixie would have done. I went to Triple J’s on McCombs where the owner treated my mother like a human being and made her feel comfortable about the change. I would NOT recommend this hair salon. The hair Styles with yellow teeth was horrible!!!!!
