I’ve been going here for years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. It doesn’t matter who you get they all do an amazing job. It’s never too busy and I’m in and out. I recommend this place to anybody who asks because you won’t regret it.

It is ridiculous, I have shown up during their posted business hours several times and different days and they are never open.

The 3rd time that I come to this place and it does not open on time! The sign and website state it opens at 10am, every time I come it’s a little past 10am and it is not open. This place either needs to learn to open on time or change their hours if they cannot open at the time they will.

The few times I have been here I do enjoy the eyebrow shape they have given me. However, many times I will show up during posted business hours to find no one there. This has happened multiple times, especially in the morning. I understand running late sometimes happens but this is a recurring event.

Unreliable. Showed up twice a few days apart and it was closed. No sign on the door except the regular business hours. Service is always rushed unless you go on a Sunday, but noon is a late time to open.

I took my daughter here for her first time getting them threaded. They did a great job. Her eyebrows are clean and beautifully shaped. Not cuts either. Walk ins only and they were quick.

I wouldn’t recommend going here, I was impressed that it was the only one opened so I tried it out, didn’t get her name but she did my eyebrows in less than 5 minutes was very rough I got cut also all my hairs were cut off, my eyebrows are micro shaded and she took off all my hair off my eyebrow they literally feel like I shaved them off smh

So I went In today bc I need to get my brows done so I went in and there’s a lady that never does my brows and she has orange hair and as she was doing my brows she was being rough and she finished my brows less then 5min and my brows came out uneven I’m not even happy how they look I don’t like my brows!!! I been coming here for 3 years and never had a problem until now never let that girl do ur brows I’m not coming back here!!! What a waste of money

Theyre great and all, but was disappointed with the service today. Older lady seemed like she wasn't in the mood and pretty much left my face irritated from her doing it all messily. Won't be back, I'm very sad cause they seemed like nice people, but the service today was a big No Thank You for me; considering I've got very sensitive skin and she just didn't care about her client that's Infront of her.

This was my 1st time getting my eyebrows & upper lip threaded & Claudia was so great! I always got waxed before, but the last time, I got a nasty rash. I think threading is a lot less painful than waxing & looks cleaner, too. The redness only lasted a few mins. Highly recommended!

I drove here on Sunday because it's the only place near me that was open and I decided to give it a try for a change. I went in, signed in and waited 30 whole minutes. Only one girl was working and the place was full on and off. She was doing brows, ringing people, basically running the show. The place was pretty and very clean. Social distancing was sort of being followed as well. Masks on too. When I got my eye brows done the girl seemed to just hurry it up. She threaded them just ok. And took off too much at the end and then tells me to let it grow out. It has been growing out already for months. I didn't wanna be rude though. The place also isn't cheap unlike other places in town. My normal place charges 12 and has exceptional service and take their time. They're charging 15 and rushing people. I was in that chair for 5 minutes it less. I'm not sure if I'll be back here.

I have been coming here for years and I will NEVER go anywhere else. All of the girls are excellent at eyebrow threading especially Corina! Besides their amazing skills, they are all so sweet and kind. BEST EYEBROW SALON IN EL PASO!

The staff is very nice, detail oriented, and fast. The place is always clean and I have been coming back to get cleaned up because I have had different employees work on me, and I leave satisfied every time.

always give me thin thin brows! :( i’ve tried giving this place too many chances and leave with half the amount of eyebrow I walked in with. it’s very clean and they’re so nice but if you want to keep your thick brows I say good luck

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Claudia is great and my brows never looked better! The salon is so cute and great playlist! Today was my first time and i loved how she acknowledged all customers and they came in and it was evident she has a lot of regulars. I will definitely be coming here from now on;)

Great experience with Cory. I have had great experiences with Claudia and Chrisantha as well. They were very busy on Thanksgiving Eve. I left and came back later. They were out to lunch for 30 minutes and there was a customer outside very upset that they were eating. Employees need to eat to perform at their optimum. I don’t perform at 100%when I’m hungry. I thought she was going to hit Claudia or break the window . But like always, Claudia at her finest, handled it very well. Cory did an excellent job of my eyebrows. All three young ladies are good at their job. This is the only place I go for my face grooming. Thanks girls👍🏽

I have been using this place for some time, However, this time there was another girl she said her name was Chris. OMG!!.. she left my eyebrow uneven!!!! She took to much from the middle!! Just FYI …!!!! don’t not get service with her!!! Very unhappy customer!!! Ugh!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Ask for Claudia she does an AMAZING job, I don’t trust anyone else to do my eyebrows. Amazing service, very professional HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10!!!!
