The worst experience with a hair cut, full highlights and Keratin treatment. Maria literally chopped my hair, totally uneven and disgusting. Had never seen anything like it before. No toner used for the highlights. When I asked why the color looked so strange I was told to leave it to the “expert” and not to question it. I called the owner, she did not even apologize for the horrible experience and lack of customer service. She called me back to offer a full refund, which over three weeks later I still have not received and doubt I ever will. Do not recommend this place to anyone. If you are thinking about having your hair done there, please do your own research first or you might just regret it the way I regret going there.

Very expensive and overpriced, the so called hair stylist, I think her name is Rosa or the Dominican lady couldn't even do a blowdry on my short hair and charge me $30.00? I went home and washed my hair and do it myself. Don't go to this place is horrible.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. No ifs, ands, or buts, about it. MEIBI, my nail tech— not sure if that’s how you spell it, sorry! was amazing!!! Great conversation and service on my hands & feet. Highly suggest asking for her! I no longer live in Florida but came back for a small vacation and decided to stop by and get my nails done— no regrets. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done. Receptionist, didn’t get her name, was also very pleasant. I’m sure she’s the owner, was also a great conversationalist. Overall great experience. Only downside is that some of the younger employees seem to enjoy hanging out by the front entrance of the place and hanging out with the Sprint employees next door. Super unprofessional and gives the place a bad look. Other than that, amazing!

Recibi un mensaje de texto ofreciendome un Free Manicure y he ido dos veces a redimirlo y la actitud del personal no es muy amable. Primero dijo el peluquero chequea la fecha porque puede estar vencido y vence en diciembre 31, era de tarde me dijeron que volviera al dia siguiente a las 8 am y hoy fui a las 9 am y me dijeron que volviera a lad 2 pm. Realmente no pienso ir porque no solo es recibir un manicure es ganarse un cliente que se sienta bienvenido. Espero que puedan recibir alegremente a cualquier cliente. Yo no busque la promocion, me llego la invitacion a mi celular
