Today is the first time coming here, and Ms. Tonya did my hair, like I wanted it done! She' She's very pleasant, cordial and courteous, and the atmosphere is very friendly! And I will be coming back again and again!

She did a terrible job. Only one day after she did my hair everything came up. I called her about it and she was very unapologetic about the situation. She told me “Well don’t come back anymore” It’s also very dirty and roaches roamed free. If I could give less than one star I definitely would.

Very unprofessional! Went there out of desperation and it was horrible. Don't go here. All of my tracks came up like it was never glued down in the first place. I called to let them what happened and they were extremely careless, rude and non chalaunt. They told me to never come back and they hung up on me! One of the ladies picked my son up and held him, then when she wanted to put him down he was half sleep and she roughly sat him down to pick up the child she was familiar with. Very unprofessional. Needs to be shut down. No one apologized. Never have I ever had to deal with such rude employees while being dissatisfied as well. I will not be returning.

Walked into this place twice just to ask about service first time the lady at the front took her time about greeting me and talked to me as if I was bothering her and I had only been in there 10 seconds. Second time I walked in and she never even look up at me never will I ever step foot there again

I went to get a relaxer and Tanya in the back worked me into her schedule. She did an ok job nothing special. But I let the owner also named Tonya do individual lashes for me. I paid $20 but the glue on nearly every individual lash was so thick that I walked around with black globs obstructing my sight. The lashes could have lasted for two or three weeks but it was SO BAD that after two days, I used olive oil to melt the globules of glue and painfully pulled until all of that ridiculousness was finally gone. I need color, lashes and brows done tomorrow but there ain't no way I'd ever consider going there again. Why didn't I go back and tell her? Because I felt certain she had done her best the first time although I could have used that $20 to find someone else to do them right. You live and learn.

I was new to Atlanta and I went to get a couple of tracks and style, And I left the salon looking like I did it myself. If I was a stylist I would never let a person walk out not looking there best. I left her and went to Beauty studio of Atlanta and know she has a client for live. That’s what I get for going to a salon in a supermarket

Aweful service I went to get my hair done here on Monday 1/22/18. I got a bob, paid $50 by the time I got to my car a track had already come up. By the time I got home the back was already up. As I began to lift the back up the whole thing came off of my head like a wig. I was so upset and disappointed. The next day I went to a real professional hairstylist who did and amazing job on my bob. I returned to stylistics salon today and told the owner Tonya the one who did my hair about the situation she replied "Why you didn't come back I would have redone it for free?" I replied for what if you messed up my hair once what do I look like coming for you to mess it up again. She replied "Well next time... Before she could finish her statement I replied I will not be back. Ladies don't waste your time at this salon. Darlecia have done my hair before and did GOOD on my head, but she was on her way out when I arrived. Neither Tonya in that shop can do hair so never sit in their chair.
