I called, wanting to see if a particular threader was in shop, but the woman who answered the phone did not speak proficient enough english to let me know they weren’t there. So, I showed up and received service from a lady I had no reference for. She was sweet, but unfortunately ending up pinching me a couple times (eyelid, surrounding area) and even took my skin off at one point (see photo). She also was unable to follow my natural arch :( I think she was too short for the chair height and too quick for the technique. It’s a struggle to find someone who gets you right, but the pinching off of my skin was too bad to not mention in a review.

This is my usual spot and I had gone somewhere else because of time, the other place had messed up my brows so bad so I had to let them grow just a bit and came back here, the nice lady that did my eyebrows here did a GREAT job fixing the other brow salons choppy work, Su Brow is wonderful and I will always recommend people to go to them.

THE BEST THREADING I'VE EVER HAD!!! Went by this past Saturday and was in the area. While my boyfriend went to the guitar store down the road, I was looking for something to do and needed my brows done. Didn't get the lady's name but she was a doll and so sweet! I know where I'm going from now on every time I visit this way!!!!

Minisha is Amazing! She always does her best work and I love getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted! She’s also phenomenal with threading if you like that option better!

I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows threaded since I moved here months ago and luckily I found my new spot on the first try. My brows were sculpted perfectly and I was in and out in Less than 20 minutes !

I used to love getting my brows done here by Pratima, she is the best! But the girl that took over while she had her baby is terrible. The first time she did my brows she did them way too thin and uneven. So it took me 2 months to grow them back out. I went back Pratima was off so I let the same girl do them again (Big Mistake) This time I showed her pictures of my brows before and another picture of me how I wanted them this time. A simple clean up. She butchered them again worse than the first time. The tint was patchy and uneven, and my brows were super thin again! So now I have to fill my eyebrow in again for the next 2 months while I try to grow them out again. I don't think I'll be returning especially if Pratima is not there.

I'm so happy to have found this place on a whim! I did a walk-in appointment for a brow tint. The process was quick, easy, and affordable! I unfortunately didn't get the name of the employee who did my service, but she was so friendly and nice. :) I highly recommend this business for your brow tinting needs !

I stopped by Su Brow & Beauty this past Saturday to get my brows threaded. I typically go to another location, but since my favorite person there was unavailable, I stopped by here since they have such good reviews. I understand that a lot of places are short staffed, but I was shocked to walk in and see only one person working. It was around 10:30 a.m. and there were already 2-3 people ahead of me. I heard the woman working say she was the only one working that day so I ended up waiting about 30 minutes to get my brows threaded. I felt she did an OK job, but my main reason for my rating is that I didn't feel the process was the most sanitary. She didn't disinfect the headrests between clients. Although she did use hand sanitizer before she started my brows, I found that she touched my face way too much for my comfort level. I also noticed her touching the faces of everyone else she threaded before me too. I'm used to brow threaders using the brow brush to shape the brows and check/tweak them. She kept touching my face to do that. In all my years of having brows threaded, this was a first and made me uncomfortable. I also noticed that almost everyone's brows looked the same. I feel brows should have a unique look to someone's face. They just make blocks per se and that's it. I likely wouldn't return; however, I will say the woman who did my brows was very nice and tried her best to be pleasant despite it being busy.

My first threading and tint and it turned out AMAZING!!...🥰 .. the lady who did my eyebrows took her time and also made sure my tint was natural and not too dark!!.. Will definitely return!!

I found this place on tiktok and it did not disappoint!!, I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted for only $25. The girls are very nice and make sure you leave satisfied! I will definitely be coming back. (:

Thais is really good place to do your eyebrows and other beauty work. The staff is friendly, They greet me with happy faces always. No matter which eyebrow threader I choose, I get the same shape every time with the perfection looks. Love this place and i highly recommend this place 🙂🙂

Decided to switch it up and try a new brow place, so I decided to come here and loved it!!!! I loved that she took her time so that it would be perfect! She was very light handed with the threading, and just made me feel comfortable. Definitely coming back! It looked so good that I definitely had to get them tinted!

My daughter recommended this business created by Pratima. She does an amazing job at tinting and shaping my eyebrows! I’ve also had my eyelashes tinted, which has made a huge difference. She is my regularly scheduled visit every three weeks. I wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend her!

Perfect, eyebrows and eyelashes! Pratima has created a wonderful service for all of us. She tints and shapes my eye brows regularly. She did a permanent curl on a friend of mine, who had beautiful long lashes but we’re kind of straight. She’s friendly and the experience is relaxing. My daughter recommended her! And now I am recommending her to you. It’s so wonderful to have my eyebrows look good without me thinking about them.
