The atmosphere is amazing at the new location. I love the salon design. The stylists are always pleasant and very efficient. I would give Sublime 10 out of 10 stars if I could!

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Hope for over a year now and she does such a good job every time! She’s so sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. She always does exactly what I want and even did my wedding lashes!! Highly recommend!

My visit to Sublime for lash extensions was AMAZING. I had my appointment with hope to get a full set of classic lashes. Her work is impeccable, and she maintains a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend her services for lash needs! Hands down the best in Jacksonville! Additionally, the office environment and courteous front desk staff made for a pleasant experience, ensuring that Sublime will be my primary choice.

I have been sitting in Stacy’s chair for over a year now and it is always a great experience. From the time you walk in the salon, you feel welcomed and cozy to leaving when you feel just beautiful. Stacy, the owner, has been my hair stylist since I moved to Jax in 2021. I've followed her through some salon/location changes. But I really love visiting this amazing Riverside location! The salon is beautiful inside, always smells good, has comfy color bar and styling chairs and the best part is the lay down shampoo beds!! Such a wonderfully pampering experience! Sublime is so much more than just a salon, Stacy and Chris treat me like a friend, not just a client.

The best best best ever! Stacy rescued my hair after a tragic salon incident when I was in highschool and she’s been my girl ever since! I have followed her to 4+ salons and would continue to do so! However, her little shop right in the heart of riverside is a VIBE— relax and enjoy the pampering here. All of the shop girls are wonderful and so talented as well. Trust me, you won’t regret it. ESPECIALLY if you’re a blonde looking for that real bright refresh. Stacy and the girls will take care of you!!

A friend/coworker recommended Stacy at Sublime to me when I was on the search for a new salon and stylist. One of the hardest things to do when you move to a new town is to find the right salon. It took me a few tries. Stacy is friendly and knowledgeable. She keeps things moving. I've been to a couple of places (more like a few) that either took 5 hours to do my hair or rush through and do a sloppy job. Stacy is quick and good at what she does. I could not recommend this salon more! I connected with Chaela on Facebook because I was looking for a blonde specialist for my hair and have been seeing her for a few months now. I have learned so much about my hair and how to best care for it from her alone than I have at ANY salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been getting my hair colored for the last 8-9 years!! Chaela, Stacy, the rest of the staff keep the environment so fun yet professional at the same time. If you are looking for a great salon with amazing stylists, this is your place!! The vibe is so chic and chill while feeling like you’re hanging out with friends - I love that there are so many options for my hair but also for other beauty treatments too. There is also a fully stocked snack and drink bar along with space to get work done while you process. 100/10 recommend!
