In Sesttle for a one day layover. Found Sublime. Noah did a great job with my ballayage and cut. Got a gloss and hair moisturizing treatment also. Hair feels great.

I've gotten my hair done here for around a year now and have gotten an amazing job every time. If you are scared to get your hair done from a new barber but your current barber isn't performing that well, I would recommend coming here because they always do you right. Every staff member is super professional and friendly and they all have at least a decade of experience. You can give the hairdressers very vague instructions for what you want and they will do exactly what you are looking for every time.

Highly recommend this salon. This was my first time coming here. I’ve been looking for a place that is willing to take the reins and not necessarily stay in the safety zone and I found my place! Erika did an incredible job on my color and Noah nailed the hair cut. I went from long, dull and dingy blonde with no style to a beautiful blonde with lowlights and highlights and a mid-length shag with lots of great movement with that edge I was looking for. I was not out the door 10 minutes when a stranger complimented my hair. Erika/Noah, you have just become a permanent part of my life. Thank you for making this girl feel beautiful again and 10 years younger. 😘

I've been a loyal client at Sublime for over a decade, and the main reason is their incredible colorist, Erica Samp and hair stylist extraordinaire, David Daley (also co-owner). Erica is an absolute hair coloring wizard! She resurrected my hair from despair initially and from there we’ve experimented with lots of different colors and coloring techniques. She listens to what I want, gives great advice and is technically great at explaining the process - whether it's a subtle change or a complete transformation. She cares about the health of my hair as well, which is very important to me. The results are flawless and leave my hair looking healthy and vibrant. David is equally amazing at his craft! He is so precise and meticulous with his haircuts, it’s an art to watch him. He is very gifted at knowing what styles are going to get you the results you want. He has also taught me so much about styling my hair in the process (he’s a patient man). I get lots of compliments on my hair which is all attributed to Erica and David! The salon itself is fantastic too - modern, comfortable, and with a great atmosphere. I have been to other stylists in the salon in a pinch and would honestly recommend anyone of them. They all work seamlessly together and get along beautifully. It makes for a fun, relaxed vibe and overall great experience. If you're looking for a top-notch salon in Seattle, look no further than Sublime!

Noah is amazing - I had a haircut appointment scheduled with him, he did such a good job with it, and he also gave me a hair color consultation during the haircut and discussed various options that would suit my hair texture and color. I also later scheduled a hair color appointment with him (partial balayage) that I was super nervous about, but he did such a good job picking out the perfect color for my skin tone and natural hair color to get that perfect contrast. He did a wonderful job with a hair blow out towards the end as well, just the way I wanted it. I was so happy with my end result, and I’d definitely recommend Noah for both a haircut and a hair color appointment! Thanks again, Noah!

Erica has been my colorist for 16 years and during that time I moved away and tried to find someone that is as talented at foils but I never could. Erica is not only extremely skilled, but is one of the kindest, sweetest, friendliest, most genuine people you’d ever be lucky enough to meet. She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. Her mastery of her trade is unparalleled- she is simply the best.

GET YOUR HAIR DONE BY ERICA and you won't be disappointed! I've been looking for a stylist to do my balayage and for years and she nails it every time. Erica focuses on overall hair health will not over-damage when doing blonde. Sometimes, I just let her do her thing without giving too much direction and she nails it. Also, she is just fun to be around :)

I have been a client of sublime hair salon for 5 years and absolutely love all the professionals that work at this amazing place. I have worked with Erica, Anne, and Noah and they are all so great at what they do and I do not dare go somewhere else. My color always looks amazing and I get my hair lightened blonde. They are up to date on all the new hair techniques and there’s lots of parking in the area which is great compared to other areas of Seattle like belltown or cap hill. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

If you are a blonde and struggling to find someone to do that perfect color - this is your spot!!! I’ve been going to Kelly for almost ten years and no one does a blonde like she does. I have since left Seattle and I still come to her to have her do my color…she is THAT good! In addition to Kelly, EVERYONE at Sublime is truly phenomenal. You are in good hands no matter who your stylist is. The vibe is awesome, their products are awesome, and the people are awesome!! 100/10 recommend Sublime!!

I’ve been seeing Kelly, David, & Noah for years (Kelly & David since 2012/2013). I see Noah for a cut when I can’t get in with David and he has been amazing too! They always listen to my ideas & help me figure out the right cut & color for my face & coloring. The salon is clean, relaxing, & parking is easy to find on nearby streets. Highly recommend this salon!!!

Kelly has been doing my hair for a long time and does excellent every time. I always get compliments. She asks me what I want and knows how to cater to my vision. Great customer service as soon as you walk in. Everyone is attentive and very welcoming as soon as you come in.

I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years now and I would literally fly home to see her when I lived in NYC, Miami, and Los Angeles because her ability to brighten and lighten is so unmatched. Even compared to those larger, glam markets. Highlights about the queen of highlights: - Kelly can perfectly match your natural base (no green or copper hue) so there is no going too far with bleach. She can literally bring you back to where you were. - Kelly continues to educate herself on the latest products/techniques/trends. - Kelly doesn’t take anything personally and can talk through anything if you had envisioned something slightly different. I’ve never left disappointed or frustrated. - Kelly is detail oriented, doesn’t cut corners. - Kelly cares. High integrity person. Thank you for coming to my TEDTalk on the blonde color magician, Kelly. I literally can’t say enough good things. (And Google Reviews knows, I can leave a scathing “Can I talk to the manager…” Karen review when I need to.) As for cuts, Anne is super talented. Erica has been doing my hair for many years. It always comes out beautiful. I constantly get compliments from people who ask if it’s my natural blond color they are amazed because the color is always perfect. My hair is soft and not burnt at all and she always has good advice on what products to use. I love my hair thanks to her.

I've been a follower of Kelly for over a decade, and wouldn't go anywhere else! She's been coloring my hair for so long I don't even really need to fine tune my asks because she knows what looks great on me and how to guide me when I do happen to come in with a strange request to try. David also cuts my hair and does an excellent job balancing my requests with what he thinks will look best considering my hair. All in all, 10/10 for Sublime!

The entire team at Sublime are chock full of amazingly talented and truly kind, lovely human beings. I’ve been to the salon now around four times and I’ve had a 5 star (plus) experience every time with each individual I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The team works hand in hand with one another to ensure a seamless interaction from start to finish. Erica is a badass colorist and angel of a person. She listens diligently to your needs and delivers far beyond your expectations. Noah took me from medium length to long hair with beautiful extensions and back to a cute bob that I never knew I could pull off, but he made it happen. Kelly, the salon owner, is always there to help her team and just simply add a beautiful friendly touch to the overall environment. I would recommend Sublime along with Erica, Noah and Kelly to absolutely anyone!

I originally picked this spot because it was nearby, stayed for the good stylist! Noah always knocks it out of the park with my color and cut, he's professional yet sweet and does a great job giving me that ashy dark brown i've been trying for.
