This place is amazing! The Hot stones were super relaxing and the aroma therapy made the whole experience blissful! Very friendly and professional. The 2 hours I got in here allowed me to come out as a new man.

Great at what she does. Was referred by my girlfriend who swears by her. I had a bad work accident that left my body with permanent nerve damage & going to her helps with that. I look forward to every session, & always feel a lot better after.

I recently had my first massage with Sam, and I was thoroughly impressed. Her technique is unique and highly effective, which is why I called her the 'real muscle whisperer'! The studio has a lovely view that adds to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind. Sam listened carefully to my needs and tailored the massage accordingly. She's clearly skilled at what she does, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I'm looking forward to coming back for more.

Sam is one of the best massage therapists I've worked with! She focuses on tight spots I may not be aware of and loosens them up with ease. She's receptive to feedback and makes sure to address all the areas I request. Sam also suggests stretches and equipment to help me prolong the effectiveness of the massage and to find at-home relief between sessions. I routinely schedule 2hr appointments with her to ensure a full body massage plus enough time to focus on locked areas. The hot stones add-on also does wonders to help my muscles loosen up.

I’ve been able to have a couple of sessions so far. I look forward to being able to continue getting work here. I had been looking for relief and support in my back. The work I received was excellent. Felt like they were able to communicate with my muscles with their hands and elbows.

I had some neck issues, and I decided to try Sublime Wellness out due to fantastic reviews, particularly from people who had been in car accidents. I'm glad I did. Sam is great at applying the high level of pressure that I like and finding those spots you maybe didn't even realize needed work. She also really knows her stuff. She does a great job of explaining what muscles need work, why, and what stretches and exercises I can do on my own to help improve my neck. Sublime Wellness is indeed sublime!

Sam is amazing! She's a cross between a physical therapist and a massage therapist, and knows how to address specific types of pain and mobility issues. This is much more than a typical masseuse can do. She's also a great communicator, and appts can be arranged by text. Very glad I found her.

Sam is amazing. Before I started going to her for chronic pain, I went to a chain message company. Never again!!!! Not only is Sam fair with her prices, she is terrific at communicating and checks in throughout the session to make sure you're feeling better. She talks you through the spots that aren't so fun, and helps you feel at ease. My boyfriend is officially going to be getting messages from her also. He wanted to know how the process worked and is willing to get help for his chronic pain. I recommend Sam for anyone who needs help for pain or just wants to treat themselves.

Sam is a great massage therapist! Very knowledgeable, and always asks great questions to try and get the therapeutic results I am looking for. I train hard, and sometimes recovery can be slow. But, after each massage therapy session with Sam, it feels like recovery times improve significantly for me.

Sam is absolutely wonderful. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen - and I’ve only had one session so far! I went to see her after about 2 weeks of migraine/tension headaches. She used a trigger point type technique mainly on my neck that released the tension and provided so much relief. Sam communicated with me during the session and used my feedback to guide her. I was so pleased and impressed that I ended up scheduling weekly massages. I’m looking forward to making more progress on my neck, jaw, etc. I definitely recommend her!

This review has been a long time coming. I first started seeing Samantha after a sports related injury to my low back. It had been months of pain and discomfort. Samantha within the first minutes of our appointment did a quick assessment and formulated a plan for our 90 massage. She worked me over! Samantha diligently worked on every small muscle group that was causing me my discomfort. I visited every other week for a couple of months. After every visit my pain and discomfort improved. She had a kind and calming presence. Her banter was fun and interesting. You'll be in good hands.

Best massage in Portland. Sam puts so much effort and care into her business, from the experience during the massage itself to how she plans to grow and expand. I had been looking for someone to replace my last massage therapist for a few years, and am so happy to have started to work with Sam. Great experience and very effective massage. She works every specific area you ask for or you complain about or have pain from over usage. She has the ability and knowledge to release any pain or discomfort in any area of your body. I am a runner and I suffer from many injuries and discomfort. Visiting Sublime wellness therapeutic allowed me to stay healthy and avoid many injuries that comes from running and tight muscles. Sam is very knowledgeable and have a great understanding of how muscles work and interact with each other. She is very professional and very sweet and caring. I recommend the place to anyone looking for great message and relaxation.

Sam has been super helpful with relieving my pain from an old horseback riding injury. I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists/chiro and they don’t seem to try once you start going there often and Sam puts her all into my massage everytime. Sam is by far One of the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever experienced, her place is immaculate, you can’t help but feel The positive energy The second you walk through the door, Her style and technique is both strong and gentle after my first session I Booked ahead as many sessions as possible, i’ve been to many doctors and Physical therapist but the most relief I Have felt in the last 10 years has been with Sam, not to sound corny but I know I’m in good hands!
