I signed up giving her $500 in advance for 2 massage per month in Gahanna. A special she was running. Yesterday she text me and changed my 2 hour appointment to a 1 hour and by the way told me she is now in Pickerington and after I ask what about the Gahanna location, she informed me she closed it. No money back and she is taking me off her list since I don't want to travel twice a month to Pickerington. Quit the business woman. No more rub downs for Shelby!!! Paulette is an absolutely amazing massage therapist! I have been to see many over the years and she is the first therapist to meet some very high standards that were set a long time ago. Paulette is very warm and welcoming. You feel as if you have known her for years as soon as you meet her. I know I am blessed to have found her and I will and already have recommended her to my friends and family.

Paulette is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and all around most amazing massage therapist in Central Ohio! Every time I leave her relaxing facility I feel like a brand new person. She takes into consideration every little detail about each specific client so the massages are very personalized.

This place is amazing for groups! Paulette is so awesome, she makes the experience beyond worth it! She had Champaign, sandwiches, cookies, movies, etc. The environment is relaxing and fun for groups.

What a truly amazing experience. Me and my 12 year old daughter each had a 60 min full body massage which started with a simple assessment, small session of relaxation therapy and the full body massage. Overall we had an amazing time with Paulette, and we will most definitely be back to see you.
