I absolutely love Natalie and her staff! Let me start off by saying I had Botox and lip injections done. Best thing I ever have done. I absolutely love my face and the way my Botox was done! My lip injections same! I was referred to Sudbury med spa from a good friend that highly recommended her to me! Sudbury med spa is so clean and organized. The staff and Natalie are well educated and knowledgeable about all products! They have up to date and the latest technology and products! I’ve been to a few places prior to coming here and I can tell you, you come here once, you will be back! If I could give more Stars I would. I really enjoy coming here! You will too! 😊👌🏼

My experience with Sudbury MedSpa has been nothing short of wonderful! I have been getting Jeuveau injections for almost a year now in my forehead. I cannot recommend Sudbury Med Spa enough! I've had a mole on my face since my childhood and have always wanted to get it removed. I decided to try out Sudbury Med Spa based on the excellent reviews and am so glad I did. Natalie was extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The procedure was completely painless and Natalie always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. My mole is now completely gone and I'm so pleased with the results! Highly recommend this place.

She will allow you as much time as you need, discussing any concerns, offering suggestions and answering any questions, all without any pressure whatsoever. The spa is beautifully decorated and immaculate. An appointment includes a follow-up visit to make sure you are happy with your treatment. Natalie is also extremely nice, funny and personable. I went to Sudbury Medspa for the first time where I was treated by Natalie, who was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel extremely comfortable. I had a mole removed and it was nearly painless, with Natalie being attentive to pain and checking in on me throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, kind and worked quickly and efficiently. Can’t wait to try out more at this spa! 10/10 recommend. An absolute plus the the spa is beautiful, well kept and extremely clean. I'm glad i found this establishment on Google when looking for acne scar treatments. The woman who owns the business is the coolest. She's very knowledgeable at what she does and really funny. If you're looking for Botox or any kind of scar removal ect i would highly recommend going in for a consultation.

I’ve seen Natalie several times over the past couple of years – she is very sweet, her space is clean, and for the most part it has always been a pleasant experience. I first went to Sudbury Med Spa for lip/undereye filler; I had to return several times, because the filler kept disappearing after just 2-3 months. We tried just about every filler out there, but nothing seemed to work. I’m not sure if it was the product, technique, or simply how my body reacted to it, but I spent a lot of money to not get the results I wanted, sadly. I continued to visit Natalie for Botox injections. I’m only 32, I’m not self-conscious about my wrinkles, but like to get ahead of them by doing preventative Botox. I’ve been very clear about how I want to “start slow“ and still have some movement in my forehead – I don’t like the completely frozen look. I felt pressured to get more units than I wanted every time I had an appointment at Sudbury Med Spa. She always insisted I needed more. As soon as my Botox kicked in, I hated the first couple of weeks. My forehead always felt so heavy and paralyzed. I wished she had just listened to me, and given me less units. This, along with the newly implemented $300 minimum, has forced me to find a new injector. I simply don’t need $300 worth of Botox :(

First timer here! Was extremely nervous going in. I researched so much and almost psyched myself out but heard so many great things about this place I got the courage to go through with it. I’m glad I did too. The girl who worked on me was Christina, need to check her out because she explained everything down to the T! Pain free and made me feel comfortable and better informed than any of the research i did. The place is clean and really pretty inside too. It was a all around a great experience. You can never tell what I got done because it looks so natural 😊😊 which was another thing i was worried about. Feel and look 10 years younger ! (I’m in my 30’s) Highly recommend , definitely going back to see her when the time comes.

I cannot recommend Sudbury MedSpa highly enough! In truth, they work miracles. Their artistry far transcends Permanent Makeup, it’s life-changing! Prior to visiting Sudbury MedSpa, my eyebrows were a disaster zone: hairless after chemo therapy two decades ago; scarred by a fall that left one brow nicked midway; and further defaced by an amateur attempt at taboo-eyebrows decades ago. I went to Sudbury MedSpa needing help! This felt a lot more frightening than having body art installed. It was in my face, over my eyes, and conspicuously involved the one part of my face not hidden by a Covid mask these days. But I was helped by the Founder of Sudbury MedSpa, herself, NgocTrang Natalie Le, Aesthetic Nurse, Pharmacist, CLT, LSO and Body Art Practitioner. The procedure might have been frightening, but I was made comfortable by the fact that she fully advised me regarding the procedure ahead of time; and she narrated me through the process of removing my old brows and scars, prior to the creation of my new eyebrows.  I was kept well informed and quite comfortable throughout the process. At home, I followed her instructions for aftercare and I now feel and look great! I cannot thank Sudbury MedSpa enough, for my new face! My flawless brows are truly the work of an artist!

I have had Botox and Filler for years. I grew up in Sudbury. I decided to check out Sudbury Med Spa for a little youth lift. Natalie has an excellent eye and hand for bringing back youthfulness. The Spa is beautiful and exquisitely sanitized. She opened each needle and tool in front of me. I was overwhelmed with her soft touch, her kindness and the way she made me look. Outstanding practice. I highly recommend it

I later went back for a filler and was again so stoked at the results! I practically looked 15 years younger!!! I'm going back next week for a chemical peel... can't wait to see the result! I have had many experiences with Botox and fillers, over the years. I have had injections done by dermatologist and aesthetic nurses - even a plastic surgeon. I have to say with all sincerity, I have never had anyone pay as much attention to all of the tiny details, symmetry, and help me achieve my goals. In three visits, I look and feel so much more beautiful than I did the day I walked into Sudbury med spa. I am getting complement after complement I’ve got my skin, and comment saying that I look younger! Sudbury med spa is a one stop shop for skin care. Not only six type procedures but also preventative that treats skin at its cellular level. The spa is State of the art, immaculate and truly impeccable. I have complete trust in Natalie‘s expertise, opinion, and artistic ability. There is no selling here there isOnly care, kindness, honest communication and delivery of results that exceed expectations!

Natalie is absolutely amazing!! I have been to many med spas in the past before and I have never had this great of an experience. She truly cares about her patients and stays away from unnecessary procedures. She knows exactly what she's talking about and she goes out of her way to make sure her patients are happy.
