Michele is by far the best hairstylist in town. Always there with fresh new ideas and techniques. Always on time and an added bonus of a great sense of humor. I never feel rushed when I'm there, either. By far the cleanest salon I've ever been to. Highly, highly recommend her services and her mad skills!

Tanisha takes the best care of my hair! She takes her time, offers valuable suggestions, and even does a 5 minute scalp massage with my shampoo. Well worth it!

I haven't had a haircut in over a year. I just received a liver transplant at the Mayo Clinic 9 days ago, and I knew the first thing I wanted to do was get a haircut. I came to see Michelle on recommendation of my aunt who has been Michelle's customer and friend for years. Michelle was professional, humble, caring, friendly-and super clean, sterile and took every precaution available to make me feel safe after having a liver transplant 9 days ago. We had an incredible time talking, and she took time in ensuring the haircut was perfect. Her attention to detail is phenomenal, and her commitment to my happiness in the haircut is and will continue to be appreciated as I permanently change where I get haircuts! Lastly-her shop is so perfectly nestled in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, and her clean decor and individualized studios make you feel very comfortable, as opposed to being side by side another customer. This allowed a more intimate experience, which removed a lot of anxiety of feeling comfortable. Hands down probably best hair cut experience I've ever had. Not only a great haircut that I truly love, but an experience I will never forget. Michelle made me look on the outside how I have been feeling on the inside since my transplant-perfectly happy and enjoying life. To me-Michelle is now a part of my family and I hope she feels the same! Oh-and buy the Kevin Murphy products that are enviro-friendly and extremely good quality!

Michele was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful and kind. My cut and style was as discussed and done within my timeframe. She also has a very cute and well-behaved small furry puppy. I highly recommend Michele. I have very long curly hair and she did a fabulous job. Thanks!!

In 2012, after I relocated to Phoenix from Ohio, it was a struggle to find a hair stylist. After several referrals with unimpressive results I found Michele Bilbrey who owns Salon Suede Studios. She’s friendly, extremely talented, very knowledgeable about the latest top of the line products and always knows the latest trends and gives me cutting edge haircuts. I get tons of compliments on my hair. Highly recommend Michele!
