I have been a Sugar Plum customer for 3 years, at the Olive way location. Robyn is the tech I always go to because she is so great at her job! Even when I have gone too long without a wax, she’s able to move quick and remove all the hair efficiently. Conversation with her always makes the experience more enjoyable. I recommend this place to everyone!

I have been doing sugaring for over 2 years now. Certainly glad I made the change for other hair removal methods! I saw a variety of sugaring techs prior to meeting Robyn, but she is honestly THE BEST! She makes the experience enjoyable, is fun to talk to and is super skilled and efficient. This was my first time having any hair removal done at all. Alycia was my tech and let me tell you that lady is a saint! I was nervous (as it was my first time) and she made me feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. She let me know if a spot was gonna hurt because she did anything, and she was quick yet thorough. I rebooked with her because she was amazing!!

I have very difficult skin as it is prone to ingrowns and just very resistant to any and all types of hair removal. Robyn is a wizard! Not only is she is nicest and most patient person, she does magic on my legs! And has given me so many amazing tips and recommendations on how to combat my “strawberry” skin!

Robyn has been my waxer the last two times and she is a dream!!! She makes me it go by so fast and although waxing is never painless she somehow makes it hurt a whole lot less. She’s also such a sweetheart and easy to converse with 🫶🏼

Usually have great experience (other than the pain which is to be expected to a degree)! It seems like their pricing keeps going up since I started going but I guess that makes sense for the most part. It’s always easy to get an appointment (though they do not seem to be lacking clients/work) and they are very understanding when you have to reschedule for a good reason. The workers are usually kind and friendly. The lady I was going to for a long while before she left used to always give me a mamba candy at the end of my service which I thought was thoughtful/fun! 1 star off just for the pricing (was a great value for a while for me but is teetering on not so much anymore) and if I’m pulling teeth, the salons themselves could use a spruce up. Overall, a great place for sugaring.
