Vivian is the best for your nails! She makes suggestions on different gels and acrylic for your nails to stay healthy.... she also knows how to do every design you see.

This was my second visit to the salon for a pedicure. Nail Tech Michael did a fabulous job! He was gentle (arthritic feet) and very detailed in getting my toenails back into shape. The salon is bright, quiet and very clean. My new go-to salon!

I always have a great experience here, I’ve been about 5 times. Today I decided to take off the acrylic and try something new and I must say the gel builder method is amazing! Thank you guys so much!

I did not have any problem paying extra for a service. That was absolutely not the issue. The issue was I wanted the ombre to be performed using total acrylic and not part gel polish at the tip. After repeating myself over 6 times, I gave up and went for the simple acrylic. Maybe there was a language barrier.. as I left and expressed my displeasure.. no one offered to fix the issues I had complained about. Money was not the issue. Paying for a service I didn't like was the issue.

Lee was very patient , thorough & most kind . She accommodated me nicely with my new born during my pedicure! Most techs don’t bother ingrowns however she took her time and helped give me some relief . I would highly recommend this establishment, from the service down to the cleanliness of it .

This is not my first nail salon rodeo. I was hoping for more "spa like" professional experience. IE: Softer lighting, relaxing ambient music, a warm friendly welcomer who asks for your name and checks to see what you are booked particularly after you take the time before hand online to make an appointment with exact services you are seeking/booking, a welcoming calm greater whose responsibility is to be at the desk the entire time, (not someone who pops up from their station rushing to check in desk to leave clients), an offer for a beverage, all products beautifully neatly organized and displayed by color and not a random mess, chairs tucked in, tidy stations, no techs on their phones, no distracting speaking/yelling loudly across the room at each other, a clear pricing explanation when you are charged more than you book for and an overall highly professional experience and an "it was such a pleasure having you visit for the first time, was everything to your satisfaction, I do hope to see you next time, would you like to make an appointment?. For a new salon you have to expect it to be clean/sterile and it was (someone spent some serious money with the built out) but I am skeptical that the salon will be carefully maintained and will fall into the same condition of most nail places, tired, dusty, cluttered, messy, loud and overall not a pleasant experience. (It is already showing a few signs of not maintaining order with stations cluttered and bottles array) Simple management overseeing should correct that. The experience was a bit rushed, no lotion on my hands, and overall ok. I will be back for the ease of proximity and my nails and pedicure came out nice despite them not offering the same system I love "Nail Berry" and "The Gel Bottle" but something relatively similar. I share this not as a judgment but careful observation.
