Melissa is so gifted and talented. She has been helping me for almost 3 years deal with intense pain from a hip impingement. I recently received a cupping session from Melissa and it was very beneficial. She does not use the fire cupping method so if you are looking for a less intense version of cupping she is definitely your go to!

I love the sugar spa. I've been going there for years. These are just some of the nails I've done by Sarah Chappell. The atmosphere is amazing. It's locally owned. You feel like family when you go here. I can not say enough good things about this spa.

This is the worst place to get any service. I was late for an appointment, which was at 4:30 pm, because of traffic and I got there as fast as I could. They charged me in full for the appointment, which I did not cancel at the last minute, and I was not a no-show either. They said they called me, but I couldn't take the call because I was already on another call. When I asked them to consider that I am not someone who is habitually late for appointments and that I have never been late to their appointments before. To that, the front desk person said that they could not waive the cancellation fee unless there were an emergency. I fail to understand their reasoning. I was driving during the office rush hour so it is not my fault that I got stuck in the traffic. I guess unless you die on your way to their appointment, nothing for them is an emergency.

Facial with Kristin: absolutely wonderful!! Kristin was so friendly and truly made this a fun and calming experience. She took the time to read through the pre-visit questionnaire I had filled out and reviewed specific concerns I had mentioned before we started. She explained up front each step that was going to happen, which I appreciated so I could know what to expect. She was not rushed at all and makes customers feel special. Thank you Kristin!

I had a Glow and Go facial with April. It was a wonder experience. Very relaxing Very professional. April explained all the steps as we proceeded through the facial. My skin felt so soft after. I found that my makeup went on so much smoother after this facial. I highly recommend this technician April.

The place is lovely but I had a bad experience with my manicure and brow lamination. The nail polish started to come off after 3 days and the nail artist did not do a good job, she didn’t get the corners of my nails and I got French tips and they were all crooked. Nails artist name was Deja

I get my nails done by Sarah Haskins and I cannot recommend her enough. Her application is very smooth and she perfectly shapes my nails. I always get an almond shaped gel manicure and I have never been disappointed. I would only recommend booking in advance because she does fill up quickly for good reason. The spa itself is super cute, clean, and you’re always greeted with friendly staff. I trust Sarah with my nails!

I've been getting massages here for years, and Stephen is phenomenal! He's so nice, so friendly, and so in tune with what your body needs. He always asks what the problem areas are, and what needs more work. It's a little more than I'd like to spend, but I can't imagine going elsewhere.

I’ve been going to see Kristen for facials for the last few years and I can’t recommend her enough! She is so knowledgeable and really tailors her facials to your individual needs. Kristen helped me get my skin ready and glowing for my wedding and I couldn’t be more thankful! Plus, she’s so friendly and personable which makes the experience even better!
