The location is awesome it looks clean and has a nice waiting area, It is also very close to the subway so it's very easy to get there. I used to go to the Columbus location but I found out it is closed so I read reviews about this location and there were many good reviews about Elena so I booked my wax with her and it was awesome, she is very talkative so she made it easier and she is also very detailed and clean, I loved her. I definitely will come back to this location for my monthly wax with Elena.

I booked an appointment same day & The front desk Jen was absolutely amazing. Very kind caring and compassionate. She made it extremely easy to book and be in and out. Destiny was my waxer who was also amazing & kept good conversation. If you want to be in and out have good service and great vibes. Run don’t walk to the union square location it’s amazing!!

Friendly service and I am satisfied with my results. However, I will say that my sugarista did not apply pressure after applying the wax each time so it was extremely painful and a much more unenjoyable experience than it had to be. I have gotten Brazilians in the past and my skin is sensitive but they had not been super painful until today.

The Union Square location is the best!! It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian wax and I got the free service from the trainees at the location. For me, the pain was an 8 and I do think you should try the free service if you have already had a wax before. It was really nice because the corporate manager was in the room giving instructions and it took an hour, but it felt good knowing there is a professional showing the trainees the right things to do!! I would do it again because it came out good and it was FREE!! Thank you, Sugaring NYC Union Square!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years and have been very happy with my experience. I almost always see Kemani who I highly recommend. She’s skilled, efficient, and kind, plus hardworking and loves to travel so lots to talk about it. Sindy is also great too. I did have one horrific experience with someone else, so my advice is to stick with recommendations from Yelp and Google. In terms of the actual sugaring, I’m a huge fan compared to waxing. It’s much more gentle on my skin and I’m barely red afterwards. I also love that Sugaring NYC offers the full bikini which is in between a regular bikini (just the upper leg) and a Brazilian - perfect for me.

Fantastic experience. The customer service at the front desk was wonderful and my Sugarista, ELENA was PHENOMENAL. I had a place where I was going for 12 years but I will go here from now on. They were amazing. Elena was really skilled and my body looks and feels better after hair removal better than it ever has before!

Just to really put it into perspective, I booked this last minute because my appointment got canceled at the Columbus Circle location. I’m grateful for the reviews about Elena because it definitely speaks the truth. I just had to come in and give Elena at the 14th St., Union Square location a five star review. She’s super gentle and easy especially in sensitive areas on the skin and she really cares about how you feel during the process. As someone who’s been doing this for 4+ years, she definitely gets into the crevices of the hard to reach areas and takes her time getting it all out. I’m so happy with this experience and will continue to go here indefinitely. ✨✨✨

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible costumer service. I booked a 4:30pm appointment and without consultation they rescheduled it to 4:15pm. When I arrived at my original scheduled time they tell me my appointment was for 4:15 so I showed them my confirmation email that says 4:30 and turns out one of their employees moved it without letting me know. They checked their system and found out who it was but offered no proper solution. They didn’t offer any solution other than come back 3 hours later when they had availability. Their system has scheduling for a reason and you’d think they’d consult you before moving the appointment around but I guess not. They could’ve offered a complimentary item/discount for the disorganized system they’re running. But all they could do was say sorry… this was my first and last time I’ll be booking at their company since they don’t honor their own system.
