As a current suite renter and prior manager for several corporate hair salons across the nation, we have learned what it takes to open and manage successful salons and salon suites. We have been self-employed and grown our business into a successful salon suite in less than a year and continue to grow at higher than average rates, allowing us to expand and offer this business model to you. We feel the gender-neutral design and our expertise in the industry will help a wider variety of business owners achieve the success they desire!

An amazing transformation happened in those walls. What a great place to work for yourself in a spacious and brand new environment. Quit waiting for "something to come open." It's open NOW. Terrific owners, and a perfect time to become part of the rapidly expanding north end of Co. Springs!

Great new location readily accessible from I-25 for the greater Northern Colorado Springs and Monument area! Bright, spacious suites, along with plenty of parking, make Suites Avenue an ideal location for one's personal care services.

Had my hairs cut after Nicole moved in to the new location and I am very impressed with how well everything is put together. Plenty of suites for hair/salon businesses here too! If you're looking for a place to set up shop, this is it!

I had the pleasure of seeing Nicole from Suite Avenues-Short Styles last week at the new location. I was thoroughly impressed with Suite Avenue Wellness Studios and Salon Suites. The space is very well done, spacious, clean and elegant. If anyone is in need of relocating their business, this would be an awesome opportunity. The owners will be great to work with, the location is convenient and the available space is fabulous. Check it out!

Love the new place! They have done a great job making the place very functional and fresh. Nicole gives the best mens cut in town and beyond. If I cut hair I would want a spot at this place. I am sure this will be a booming location with her in charge of it. It is also very convenient for me. So glad it is in my back yard.

Nicole gives the best haircuts money can buy in the springs I wish I could’ve found her sooner. Her establishment is very clean and professional. Top Class if you’re looking to rent a spot I would highly recommend using her space you won’t regret it!

Professional, clean, well-built space. Convenient access to I-25. These suites offer it all. If I had a small business and needed office space, I wouldn't hesitate one minute to utilize any of these new suites.

The new Suites Avenue Wellness Studio is in an easy location to get, has nice sized suites and the ownership is amazing. Thumbs up from my boys who will not go anywhere else for haircuts.
