What a great place for a spa visit! Susan was so attentive, thorough, and friendly. My facial made such a difference and my nails look fantastic! I will definitely be back when next in San Diego.

I came in today incredibly stressed, tense and tired. The day before I had travel trouble. Delays, stuck on the runway for hours, long flight, you name it. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Rose and every bit of stress and discomfort, anxiety and worry simply melted away into the abyss. I even fell asleep a few times! It was such a great experience. Every muscle and anxious thought was relaxed throughout the entire time. My skin feels so soft after and my boyfriend told me I looked angelic when I got back to our hotel room! Thanks Rose!

Pretty bad experience, first time visiting this place and they forgot there was a person in the massage room. I waited 45 mins and left as I couldn’t find anybody even after knocking at the front desk multiple times. Zero communication and or awareness.

saw they had a head spa treatment which is something not really popular yet where i’m from so i decided to try it out. My appointment was at 3pm but I got done my errands early and hoped to get serviced earlier at 2pm. They were able to accommodate me early. The service itself was relaxing! I did the 90 minute and it included the facial which was a great bonus. I also decided to add a 90 minute massage after the head spa treatment, they weren’t busy and were able to accommodate me! Massage was relaxing as well, it put me to sleep! Masseuse did a good job adjusting pressure on different parts of my body. The only thing I have to comment on was the location of the room I was in. It was next to the bathroom and the walls are thin. I heard some noise coming from next door, not sure if it was a restaurant or something else. They play music to mask the noise but I still heard it time to time. Overall, great service!

Had one of the best massages here. Downtown San Diego can be sketchy, and this place is in the heart of it BUT it's worth a visit for an amazing massage, don't pass it up!!

They told me what I wanted was one price over the phone when I made the appointment, and big shocker, it was considerably more once it was over. The facial massage was not relaxing at all and involved a lot of scratching and rapid movements. This is a place in gaslamp for people who are drunk and see it and decide to walk in for some entertainment. They don’t need repeat customers.

Wonderful head spa! We don't have any close to our home, so I came here while visiting San Diego. What an awesome way to end our trip! I love how my hair and face feel! Such an awesome experience and we will be back!

I had an amazing massage here! It was affordable and the staff were so helpful, they even moved my appointment up a couple hours on short notice. I feel like a million bucks! Definitely check it out!

Wow, what an amazing and rejuvenating experience. This isn’t your run of the mill big modern day spa with uptight providers . It’s cozy, welcoming, and I loved how environmentally conscious the materials and products they have are. The Headspa treatment was phenomenal. I suffer from unmanageable dermatitis and I have never seen my scalp so clean, moisturized, and fresh looking. She put full effort into the treatment and it came out fantastic!

Had a facial here for the first time with Halle and she was absolutely amazing! She took her time and explained every step she was doing and made sure I was always comfortable. Very happy with the service 10/10 recommend and definitely will be coming back.

I wanted to check out the head spa there because I have seen online there are so many videos of it. It was such a nice experience and really worth it for me. It included a facial as well and so much massage for the head, face and neck. They were so nice and helped me to understand all the steps and what it was doing. Definitely recommend!

Let me just say this first, I got the best massage I’ve ever ever had in my lifeeee, from Muie (Mia). As someone who is consistently in the gym and very active, my body gets worn down pretty fast and can feel inflamed almost all the time - especially my shoulders. Though I live in Atlanta, I am always on the look for a good massage to help my body get back to equilibrium. From the start, I knew Muie was going to be great. She offered the best customer service, she’s so sweet and definitely knows what she’s doing when massaging. She knew the areas that needed more work and she was able to use just enough pressure without hurting me. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman and also sad because I can’t take Muie back to Atlanta with me. Thank you so much Muie!

Tried their head spa. Never have had scalp TLC like that before! Really enjoyed Hallie taking care of me. They do so much in the 90 minutes, there is a lot included in the service.

Had a couples massage on our “baby-moon”. This place is a hidden gem. It was excellent. The place was clean and comfortable, the staff was very kind and respectful. My wife had prenatal massage which she loved. We hope to come back someday.

Went today for a manicure and pedicure. Ended up adding on. 30 min foot massage. Susan took care of me and it was one Of the best mani/pedi’s I have ever had. It was so relaxing and she did a very thorough job. I would definitely return here and would recommend Susan without hesitation!
