I’ve been here twice now. Both times walked out feeling and looking awesome. The staff here really know what they’re doing and take care of you all the way through. Also the receptionist Maria was so nice and welcoming and made it feel like a great visit both times. If you’re debating whether to give them a chance, I’d say go for it!

Respect Pat honesty when he told me he couldn’t do the style of hair I ask for. He straightened wonderfully and I will look presentable for father’s son brunch tomorrow. Support your local businesses!

Went in for the first time for a haircut, blow out, and eyebrow wax and my stylist Jacqulyn absolutely killed it! It's a bit of a gamble sometimes going to a new place especially with 3c/4a curly hair but she made me feel comfortable right away, being super communicative, making recommendations and asking the right questions. Love how everything turned out!

What a wonderful salon! Love this place, love the vibe. The employees are all so nice. I have been for both cuts and color. Joanna is excellent at color. It’s tricky to get bleach right and she does it every time.

I’ve been wanting to get my hair cut short and super blonde for months .. I found a picture I loved. Took it with me today and showed Tara . When I got in the car to come home my husband asked if the picture was me . She did exactly what I asked ! I love it , she really works hard to please her clients and is super nice to boot ! Highly recommend 😍

Jacqulyn gave a me a great haircut and experience. She was professional, & I could immediately tell she was experienced. I typically get nervous when people cut my long hair but she brought me back to life! Thank you!

Booked an appointment on a Saturday afternoon for a blowout. I waited for 30 minutes in spite of a prior booking. She did a very lousy and messy blowout which didn't last more than 45 minutes. That's 50 bucks down the drain.

I needed to cancel due to being sick and was unaware of their 48 policy because I haven’t been in a few years and they wanted to charge me 80.00 unless I could reschedule within a week but it’s for an interview Tomorrow, 80.00 is too much for a cancellation fee I would have paid it if it were more reasonable and something just so the stylist could recoup some money. I don’t recommend them. To the reply down below you should then make it clear to people making appointments that is your policy and not assume they know it and I am disappointed with your lack of customer service and even basic respect and understanding in your response to your customers. Also, I am currently out of work and would have appreciated that policy being more clear to me as 80.00 is a lot for a service I didn't even receive. In addition, the gentleman who made the appointment didn't make any distinction in the type of stylist I was set up with he made the appointment. I just stated that it didn't matter to me. I am extremely frustrated by your lack of understanding and think 80.00 is a lot of money and you are not appreciating other people's circumstances.

I was not feeling too confident with my hair when I left the salon, I let the salon know and they were very attentive and got me back in asap. The hairdresser and manager took time to talk to me to figure out the look I was trying to achieve and they did a great job helping me get there! Great customer service

Recently moved to philadelphia and in need of a place to cut my hair. My haircut is simple, usually a fade on the sides of some kind and curly on the top. I’ve gotten a haircut once in December and it wasn’t quite what i was looking for or what I asked (a fade) and found out that the barber had cut my ear in the back when I saw I was bleeding from it. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and tried to get a haircut again today. The hair on top was uneven, and he barely cut it to try to make it even and blended with the sides of my hair. The fade was also messed up and not even, and you can see areas of where it wasn’t blended well. The sideburns were also not symmetrical and he just cut off the part where it meets the top instead of following where my hair is naturally. To top it off, both my ears were cut in the back and were bleeding. I had to go to another barbershop and pay again just to try to get it fixed and salvaged and they told me my ears were bleeding in the back and also agreed he didn’t do an event decent job. At the end, he didn’t know what product to use for my hair and had to ask a coworker which shows me he might not know what he’s doing. I had to pay full price. This is not the kind of quality I expect at this price point. If a supercuts can do a better job, then that’s not a good sign. Disappointed.

Such wonderful hairstylist here! Friendly & Welcoming. We came as a last minute walk in and they were busy but at perfect timing Joanna Lapera was available to cut my husbands hair and she did a perfect cut that not many hairstylist can do but she did and understood what he wanted! Thank you and I appreciate your top notch service - only the best to all of you!

I love my fresh cut by Jacqulyn! She cut off 11-12" for a donation and then gave me a new look. I was nervous heading in there but I couldn't be happier with it!

This was my first time at Sulimay’s, and I booked my appointment with Pat, I’m a guy with long and thick/textured hair and Pat did an amazing job cutting it yet to keep it still at the length I wanted (not too short). I will be going back to Pat in the future for sure!!

Tiffanie is incredible! She takes the time to listen to exactly what you want and the results are always amazing. She is easy to talk to and professional. I cannot recommend this place or Tiffanie enough!

Had a great experience with Shanya. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted but knowing I wanted a big chop. She took that with stride and I walked out with a really cute lob with long layers and face framing pieces. Very happy with my haircut and have gotten so many compliments!

Have been a client for nearly 2 decades. My stylist has gone through every phase - red, pink, undercut, long, short, Targaryen blond - and made my hair look amazing every! single! time! The atmosphere in the shop has always been fun mixed with love. They make you feel like family. They stock only the BEST products too.

I generally don’t write bad reviews and I waited for 2 weeks after my haircut. But when I wake up everyday and look in the mirror, it just makes me so angry because of the haircut I got here. It was the worst haircut of my life. I am sure if cut my own hair I would have done a better job. I asked for layered bob, also showed a picture for reference and what I got was… well I don’t know what I got. Apart from the fact the it was really bad haircut, there were also so many irregular fringes that got missed. The lady who cut my hair spent total 20 mins end to end - 5 mins waiting, 5 mins hair wash, 5 mins for haircut and 5 mins blow dry. Worst mistake to go here. I go to my high stake investment meetings with this terrible haircut feeling super under confident.

Went there to get a haircut & beard trim for my GRAD CEREMONY, Patrick even asked me for a reference picture before starting but ended up making a mess of my look. I will regret going there whenever I look at my graduation pictures. Look at the reference(yellow) and the haircut I got (white)
