All the people that work at this place are seriously talented and wonderful humans. I personally get my hair cut by Brittany every 6 weeks, after going 12 years without so much as a trim. She has done an incredible job with my hair from the initial chop to each of my upkeep appointments, and it’s a super comfortable experience every time! Love this place and everyone there, 10/10 ❤️

Went in to get the calico look done on my previously at-home dyed, grown out hair because it was time for it to be done professionally for extra love and care and it turned out so well! Did a fantastic job! Brittney is so warm and makes you feel at home

I have followed Lindsay from a salon I used to go to for my hair. She started doing my nails there and I was never happier than I could be with her talent, kindness and personality! When she ended up moving, I went right along with her.I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and she is the best nail artist I have come across.

Just got my hair dyed and cut by julia and ran to write a review about how amazing she is. From the start she worked with me to figure out exactly what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page the entire way through. The results were even better than I could have imagined. The color was exactly what I wanted and the cut is the best one I’ve had to date. Julia made me feel like my most beautiful self and I would recommend anyone to go get their hair done by her.

After very chaotic October, I decided my daughter and I needed a well-deserved girls night out. I made an appointment with Sali (Gigi) at Sum Girls for cosmetic makeover. We had a wonderful night of skincare, makeup, conversation, and laughter. Gigi also my threaded my daughter’s eyebrows. We are pleased with the results. We are already planning to make another appointment in December. This time ,we think for a Hydro facial. I’ve been told it helps with hydration, dark spots, wrinkles, acne, and blackheads. Looking forward to another girls night out with Gigi at sum girls

Gigi has been my go-to girl for anything and everything about facials and eyebrows! Whenever she does my facials, she’s always so informative and helpful about what facial would be best for me. And her work always leaves my skin feeling rejuvenated and GLOWING. She’s also very thorough with her eyebrow work and has helped me get the best brows ever!

Grisalii is such a great brow technician! She had amazing attention to detail and did not let me leave until my eyebrows were perfected. Along with her technical skills, she was incredibly hospitable and kind during her service. I would recommend her to anyone who is in Greenville who is looking for a brow tech.

I usually don’t do reviews but after a couple weeks of telling everyone that this is the best haircut I’ve ever had, I figured I should write one. This is the best my hair has looked in YEARS. Cat did my cut and absolutely killed it. She even suggested I leave a bit more length on than I was planning to make it look more like a shag and less like a bob, and I’d never had anyone tell me that before. I feel like I’ve always just had hair stylists who do exactly what I ask for, which is fine! But Cat went above and beyond and took a little time to explain what she was gonna do based on the inspo pic I showed her, and what she felt would work best for me and the specific look I was going for. She also razored my hair, which no one has done for me in such a long time, and gave me some styling tips to use at home. I appreciated those little details. I think I found my new go-to. Also, the shop is so adorable inside! I absolutely love the decor, it’s got a comfy-kitschy-retro sort of vibe to it.

Went in for a french bob and bottleneck bangs and somehow got this instead. Not at all what the reference pictures I showed looked like. If what I wanted wasn’t possible, I would have rather been told so rather than have my hair cut much shorter than expected in the front. I wanted bangs, not short layers all over my head. I know shags are popular, but that is not what I requested. Learned my lesson about facing away from the mirror while the haircut is underway!

This place seriously rules, I got my hair cut by Anne and she was very kind and friendly. I went in looking to get a mullet/mohawk cut out of my long, thick hair and she did exactly what I wanted. Amazing place, friendly staff, definitely go here!

Came in for the first time a few days ago and Julia gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I had recently had a not so great experience at a different salon, and coming here was such a good decision. They did such a wonderful job and gave my hair so much volume and movement. The salon was also super cool and is such a nice relaxed environment. I’ll be back to see Julia anytime I need a haircut in the future!

Cannot rave enough about Cat. Her cuts are one in a million, seriously there's nobody like her anywhere else in the area. She's delivered great haircuts and color so many times now, and always has great advice for what to do next to keep it fresh (the fact that I get compliments 2 months post cut and color on my hair is a testament to her work). One of the things I love about her is that she does an incredible job to make my hair look great, but also prioritizes the overall health of my hair (especially when it comes to fashion colors). Plus our conversations are always great. She's fun, skilled, down to earth, and truly loves what she does. Oh and the salon is fantastic and has so much character 5/5!

Julia truly gave me the haircut of my dreams! I instantly felt more confident and more like myself with the amazing shag she gave me! I’ve been asking for this style for over a year at different salons and she is the first stylist to actually deliver! My hair looks amazing every day even if I don’t style it because she gave me such a flattering beautiful haircut. I’ve been getting compliments on my hair every time I go out. I will never go to another hair stylist or salon because Julia is a hair magician! Sum Girls has a great environment and vibe too. It’s a great location in a shopping center by India Palace with a super cute vintage store, a dog groomer, and some other awesome looking shops. All of the other stylists at Sum Girls were awesome and super kind, we loved talking to everyone. Julia also cut my husband’s hair and he loves his baby mullet! What can’t Julia do!? She’s amazing! We already booked our next appointment. Thank you, Julia and Sum Girls!

I have been a client of Cats from the beginning and she is someone that takes pride in what she does. I have gone through different hair patterns, bald spots, and thinning, and she has walked me through everything where I can still feel good in my hair through changes. I love them so much!! Not only did Brittany give me the coolest shag haircut ever (that is growing out very gracefully I might add!) but she also took my boyfriend in for a haircut LAST MINUTE!! His grandma’s dying wish was for him to get a haircut 😆 and that same day Brittany transformed my boyfriend’s hair from armpit length hair to a super cute short kinda 90s looking haircut! Hard to describe but she is just amazing and I will be going here anytime I ever get a haircut! (First pic is our hair before!)
