I have been a customer of Summit Spa since they opened. I have received excellent care with each visit and the chronic pain from which I suffered is almost totally alleviated. The staff is always professional, skilled and dedicated to providing excellent care. I highly recommend Summit Spa!

I was here yesterday and must say was excellent, I’m going on massages every week and here is really amazing service, no problem with English at all and Jin is very skilled and polite. I had a deep tissue massage 90 minutes. Worth every penny

I’ve been here a couple of times in the past, including last year, and I returned today for a Thai massage. After my massage, the lady at the front desk told me they would not provide me with a Thai massage next time because my tip was not what they expected. I was shocked, as there was no mention anywhere about a required minimum tip. After this conversation, I increased the tip to 20%, as she mentioned it was expected at minimum . However, I found this interaction rude and unprofessional, which has left a bad impression. While the massage itself was decent, I would rate it a 3.5, but the poor customer service guarantees I will not be returning.

Have been there 4 times (seen 3 therapists). First couple times I was very happy with the environment and the hard work of the therapist. However, I did not love the fact that much of the massage was over a sheet (dry) and the therapists used arms/elbows a lot instead of fingers. However, the last couple times this over the sheet experience was increased to about 50% of the massage time. Much less relaxing, and I feel sort of 'cheating'. But the worst part was on two occasions, I have been there and on the sofa in the lobby there have been individuals, likely family members, lounging (laying down) on the sofa in the lobby, playing on their phones. The last time there were 2 middle aged men laying there (likely the husbands of the therapists). It made me feel uncomfortable to walk past these men staring at me and made me feel bad for my therapist. Not sure I will go back.

I have been having a lot of back.pain lately due to two herniated disc in my back. My whole back has just been tight. In the spur of the moment ,I decided to give this place for a massage a try. OMG so glad I did. 60min for 60 bucks. He did the hot rocks on my spine too...if you have never had this done you need to! Not sure if it will last, but 90%of my back pain is gone. My shoulder blades were painful and tight...that is all gone. Highly recommend masseuse was excellent and front staff very nice and friendly.

Yin was absolutely wonderful best message I have had in years .I came in with really bad upper back an neck pain I was very stiff.this young lady deserves more then 5 stars .atmosphere is great nice little place thank u so much .I will be back to see Yin!

I had a deep tissue massage and it was probably the best massage I have ever had. I am very active and was in need of a massage and it was great! My only suggestion is to have different scents in the place like lavender or something soothing. Great experience, I will go back.
